Description of Work: Bought living set. Table tops scratched easily. Bought the warranty which when I went to try to get scratched fixed website did not work and person told me mail pictures in. What? Anyway not good customer service on warranty but salesman who sold us the set was nice and professional. Too bad warranty service was terrible.

Description of Work: The coffee table had the finish start falling off within 2 days of delivery, it took the service department 5 trips and 8 weeks to get the correct replacement to us. That included a trip to evaluate, a trip with the wrong replacement, a trip with a broken replacement (yep, cracked right down the middle), and a canceled trip because their truck broke down. While everyone was polite, the response took way too long and required us to stay home and wait too many times.

 + -1 moreThe sales person was very informative and helpfulm without being pushy. I visited several furniture stores that day, with this one being the first and the last one. The delivery team that they have is also top notch. They ensured that the new furniture was properly wrapped up so that it wont scratch my doors. A week after delivery, we noticed a minor problem with the sofa and got free service at our home from Havertys promptly. The issue was a spring that wasnt attached in the sofa.
Description of Work: The provider sold me a sofa, loveseat and a single seater.

 + -1 moreMy new home is scheduled to close in about 30 days. Of course, this is never a guarantee and the bank does not want to see any new charges between now and then. Havertys worked with me by allowing me to place the order with an open delivery date so as to take advantage of current sale prices. The furniture will be physically put aside in the warehouse to ensure it is ready for delivery when I call. There was a 25% completely refundable down payment required for the service. No credit check was required because I was not taking delivery. I have not found any other stores so easy to work with.
Description of Work: I purchased several pieces of bedroom furniture on Black Friday.

 + -1 moreThis is the location closest to my home, I used the online ordering system. Everything was great! They have a sophisticated order/delivery system, it really made the process run smoothly. I will absolutely order from Haverty's again! If everyone conducted their business as Haverty's does, there would be no need for these lists!
