We wen't to HB, because they claim to sell flooring at wholesale prices. We liked the show room and the service. They have a a great number of different woods and ideas for their use on display. I don't know if their price is truly wholesale, but if not, it is still a very good price compared to most other stores we visited. We had planned to buy from them, but after nosing around town, found a shop that gave us an even better price, 20 cents per square foot lower. In terms of responsiveness, our case may not be typical. The salesman that attended us was let go within a couple of days following our visit, and as a result, we did not hear back as promised. After contacting them, however, they responded in timely fashion.

They were the cheapest and very efficient. They were affordable and reasonable product. Trying to get through to them was not good at first, but that was not the efficiency it was the phone system. Eventually they redeemed themselves. It was good quality.

Donny Ross was amazing to work with! They were very competitive on pricing, & had a great selection of of all types of wood flooring (we went with Green world's Artisan series and it is gorgeous. We first met Donny @ the Home & Garden show where he was very friendly & educated us regarding the UV oil cured wood flooring. He was never pushy & ALWAYS returned our call/answered our questions. It was truly a pleasure to do business there!

We replaced the carpet on formal dining and formal living which was about 520 SQFT. We bought from Hardwood Bargain. The Hardwood Bargain folk was very professional and very responsive. The quality of the hardwood is good, and no different compare (at least to me) to other brand such as Anderson, Shaw, etc. Hardwood Bargain refered the installer who was good on what he was doing. However, he was always late for the time of the jobs. Besides being late, he was good.

I went onto Hardwood Bargains website and ordered 3 free samples of flooring. I received a call the next day letting me know the samples had been mailed. I received another call making sure I received them and if I had any questions. After we decided on the flooring, Strand Woven Bamboo, I placed the order. This flooring was in stock, so I received it within a few days. They recommended an installer, who I contacted as well. It was all coordinated very well. The delivery men were very nice. Called ahead to let me know they would be arriving in 30 minutes. Brought in 41 boxes of wood, then counted each one in front of me to verify. I won't hesitate to use Hardwood Bargains again.

Our experience with Hardwood Bargains was awesome from start to finish. Very reasonable pricing for the quality of product that we received. John was extremely knowledgeable, patient with us and answer all our questions. Overall, was a pleasure working with John and rest of Hardwood bargain staff.

We dealt with Omar who worked with us from our initial inquiry thru ordering, and install. He was always very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. He sent us samples of flooring, explained about the floor, and suggested other options that saved us quite a bit of money. He handled everything about our order. We installed the flooring ourselves and it turned out better than even we had hoped. The quality of their product is excellent, with very little waste. The shipping for all the flooring was very ,very low. We could not be happier with the outcome and would like people to know that this is a reputable company to work with and order over the internet from. They do have a couple storefronts with installers but they are in Texas and Calif. We live in Wisconsin and are do it yourselfers.

We got a really good price, and our floors are beautiful...nice distressed look where each board is entirely different...just what we were wanting. They were responsive to our very tight schedule, as we only had a small window to install the floors before moving into the house, and they were accommodating and ensured that the floors were installed before the movers arrived. They tore up the tile, carpet, leveled the floors, and installed the hardwoods in less than three days. The installers were considerate, professional, and cleaned up after they completed their work. We got Acacia wood, which is supposedly one of the hardest woods you can get, because we needed floors that would hold up to kids and dogs. But, surprisingly, we found that the protective coating that is put on top of the wood scratches VERY easily. We've had hardwood floors in the past, and they never scratched up like these. I've tried several products to cover up the scratches, and they are still very visible. Although, they were very responsive when installing the floors, I have had to call the company several times over the last few months to come by as we had small things that still needed to be fixed...like caulking that was missing and to look at the small scratches, and still they have not come by. We love the look of our floors...just frustrated with how easily the coating scratches. My advice is to make sure they complete and address every little thing before the final payment. Otherwise, they won't be as responsive.

With the purchase of our new home we decided that we needed to get rid of the carpet and put in hardwood floors. After checking the big box stores and being unimpressed by the products available my husband searched the internet for local flooring companies and came upon Hardwood Bargains. They have a great showroom with large sections of a variety of hardwood flooring to choose from, the showroom/office staff are friendly and very helpful. Once our choice was made (hand scraped - stand woven Bamboo in a beautiful Mocha color) a representative came to the house to measure for the hardwood products needed, and an estimate was completed. We placed our order on a Saturday and within one week of placing our order we had 1200 square feet of beautiful bamboo flooring installed in our home. The installers were a little late but they did a fabulous job of leveling and smoothing the concrete in preparation for laying the floor. This was not an easy job since the house had previous foundation repairs leaving the concrete rough with lots of high and low spots. The final price for everything was under $7.50 per square foot for a beautiful floor that increases the beauty and value of our home.

They were fantastic. They have very unique products. The cost was much less than other sources. The quality was better and there was a better selection than other places I had priced. You get more for your money. The overall experience was excellent. They were punctual, responsive, and professional. I would use this company again.

I started by going to their showroom and picking out some samples. THey let me take a big sample home with me so I could be sure about what I wanted. They actually had a guy come out and measure my house later that same day. The estimate came back that evening and was much more reasonable than expected. We started the installation about 4 days later. The first day we were supposed to start at 9am and the installers didn't get there until about 9:30. I wasn't thrilled about that but they were very apologetic and they were punctual the next day and most importantly they did a great job. My home was left very clean and the quality of work was great. All in all I'm a very happy customer!
