About us

Hard Target Systems is a custom security solutions provider. We provide solutions for alarm systems for residential and commercial customers. We have a small force of full time employees to install, service and maintain security, camera, fire and card access systems. We also have monitoring services for new and existing systems. We are a fully licensed, including workers comp, security company with the Tx DPS. Weve have been serving the austin area since 1997 and our owners have been in the industry for over 25 yrs. We offer all Angie's list customers a 100.00 credit for becoming a monitored alarm customer. We can offer 6 mo., one year, and multi year agreements. We approach each individual project with a positive attitude to be able to provide individual security to our customers.

We have an annual contract with them, so the installation was free. We are paying them a bit more at $30 a month because without the contract it would be $29. We chose them because they are local and offer good service. They explained to us about how it works. They were unlike the guy from another company who was rude and insulting to my husband. Their price is comparable. Overall, I had a good experience with them. I would recommend them to other people.
Description of Work: We use Hard Target Systems. They installed the security alarm unit for us one and a half months ago.
