Description of Work: WE noticed the carpet was wet in the hall by the furnace closet. We called Hanks and they were able to come in a couple of hours. We blew out the air conditioner line and that fixed it. Also tightened the unit outside,said it was a little lose.

Description of Work: Wanted to purchase a yearly maintenance agreement. Came out and checked out the air conditioning unit. Everything was in good working order. Will make an appointment when the weather gets cool to perform the heater maintenance. |Called before they came out, very knowledgeable and courteous. Will continue to use them.

Description of Work: this company does not work on Samsung machines. I've had a devil of a time finding ANY reputable, fair, service for my Samsung washer and dryer. Next time I have a need to purchase large appliances I will first check with my favorite repair service to determine what make and model of appliances they WILL service.

+ -1 moreVERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. OUR STOVE WORKS AND IT DIDN'T TAKE LONG TO FIX. THE MAN WHO CAME OUT WAS VERY ENTERTAINING WHICH WAS AN ADDED BONUS.
Description of Work: THE STOVE WAS NOT WORKING. THEY CAME TO THE HOUSE AND REPAIRED THE IGNITION ON THE STOVE.
