Ben was very flexible with our schedule, made several trips to complete the work (to allow different layers to dry), and did a very good job. After a few days of looking at the finished product we realized the texture was not quite up to par as we could clearly see the patch texture was different from the wall, and asked Ben to come back out to take another shot at it. He was very amenable to come back out (at no charge) and quickly completed the work with a much improved result that is hard to tell from the rest of the wall! While Ben was here, our disposal also went out, and he was able to quickly diagnose the issue with the unit, recommended a few options for new units, then picked up and installed the new unit within hours, which is much quieter and higher quality than the builder-installed unit we had before. Overall, Ben is very easy to work with, takes pride in his work, and is someone we trust to have in our home!
