Our **handyman** Gary was on time, diagnosed the problem, clearly explained the work to be completed, and did a wonderful job solving our door frame issue. And we really appreciated his friendly demeanor. I recommend Gary for all your handyman needs!

Great worker

Timotthy Neyland installed a Ring Doorbell and had to go to buy a masonary drill after learning that the drill supplied by Ring would not drill into the brick surrounding my present doorbell. He also disconnected a smoke alarm that was on a very high ceiling (20 feet). We were impressed with his persistance and handyman abilities in completing these two projects.

Quality work at good price

Charlie was great! The communication of when he would arrive was wonderful. He did everything on my Honey-Do list with no problems. He was at my home about 2 1/2 hours and charged $210.

Preston asked to come by early , which was great! He worked hard to repair my screen and reattaching the closer to the (storm) door. I was surprised at the fee. No parts were replaced except a few screws. Preston looked at a sliding screen door and said I need to find that specific screw; or perhaps get a new screen door. He recommended that I may need to replace the storm door that he repaired. Preston was gracious about accepting my check, but not putting it in his bank until Tuesday, 11th.

The handymen are great. The administration is poor at communicating because it’s hard to reach them or get a call returned . You also get bombarded with so many emails. They are also booked very far out. The guys in the field seem great, but the communication with the office is non existent . You can’t even contact the handyman directly until he shows up. Always have to call the office , and by office I mean an answering service that may or may not relay your message .
