I was very satisfied with this company- prompt, polite, professional. And they did a good job on my windows. They were responsive to my initial phone call and gave me a quote through email when I provided them with a few details (number of windows upstairs and downstairs, size of windows, screens or no, etc.) They easily rescheduled the appointment when there was the threat of rain, and came exactly when they said they would. I will definitely hire them to clean my windows again in the future.

They did a fantasitc job. They were on time, proffessional and did great work.

They were very responsive at all times and really worked with me. They even came out again and did some very minor touch up.

Gwyndow's did a great job! Three cleaners arrived and provided a detailed estimate before starting. Then they quickly went to work, cleaning the interior of the windows, exterior and screens. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend their services. I did have to call three/four weeks in advance to book the appointment, but it was worth it!

Windows were very dirty. The representative did a great job, cleaned up after the job and was very nice to work with.

We've used them for years, and they are always great! The young women do an excellent job considering that many of our home's windows are situated over a cliff, and they charge very competitive rates. Furthermore, they are extremely reliable and have never been late to an appointment.

Emily did an excellent job! My windows are so clean and clear; I just want to stand and look out them. It feels very good to see clean tracks finally too. Gwyndow's has been excellent start to finish. I requested info through their website and was contacted the same day. We are going to sell our house so wanted the windows cleaned inside/outside. Everything was done over email. The cleaner showed up on time (I can't remember her name), she was very friendly and professional. Started inside and the did the outside. What a difference window cleaning makes! Who knew? The house is much brighter and the windows are sparkling. Highly recommend Gwyndow's to anyone needing window cleaning. Will make this a part of regular house maintenance in our new home.

I had to change the original date of the service due to some other work being done at my home. Gwyndows was very accommodating about changing the date. Lilia was the woman who washed my windows. She arrived on time, was very pleasant to deal with, was very careful of my belongs, both inside and outside. She also was willing to give me suggestions as to cleaning my shower door, etc. I couldn't have asked for a better or more pleasant experience all around.I

Everything was done just as explained. I knew the crew was on time because the crew chief called to let me know they found the key.They did the work promised and called me to let me know that they were finished. They even suggested that we leave off the screens on a downstairs apt. because they were slightly bent and the apt. showed better without them. They were so right! The windows looked beautiful and made me wish that I had had them cleaned while I actually lived in the house. Every room just felt cleaner and brighert with clean windows and additional light that came through. We are planning on using Gryndows again this spring at our new house.

Gwyndows' teams have kept our windows sparkling since 2006 -- each crew introduces themselves, and lets me know whether they plan to start indoors or outdoors. Indoors the crew wears shoe protectors, and is excruciatingly careful to not drip or leave anything behind. Outdoors they are equally meticulous. Plus the workers are -so- very respectful -! while at the same time being pleasant, cheerful, and hardworking. That's why I return time and again -- such superior service for such a down-to-earth price! I can't recommend them highly enough.

I have used and recommended Gwyndows for several years. I like the fact that the women who do the work are usually the same two women. They arrive when scheduled, work efficiently and are meticulous in keeping everything clean and dry. I'm very happy with the quality of their work and will continue to use them!

The service was very good. They were punctual, on time, and neat. They were also friendly.

They are absolutely wonderful! They are friendly. They take the screens off and wash the windows inside and out. They do not nick pick and they don't charge me for my very small windows. They are generous and everyone is nice. They are also very thorough. If I spot something, they will fix it right away. I highly recommend their services.

I called Gwyndows and Robin responded promptly, came out to estimate the job cost, and set up a date to have the work done. She was not only professional and competent, but also very personable. On the scheduled day, Gayla and Emily arrived at the appointed time with all the equipment they needed and after asking me if I had any questions or concerns ( which they not only listened to, but also complied with ), they set to work. They worked quickly; they worked efficiently; they made my windows shine! With regard to value for dollars, this was an excellent service. With regard to pleasant experiences, this rated highly. The women I dealt with were all professionally expert and personally a pleasure to have in my house. I would not hesitate to recommend Gwyndows and I most certainly will use them again.

The two ladies arrrived on time, the bill was as quoted but most of all they were very careful with my home while they were working. They left my place exactly as they found it with the exception of my now very clean windows and screens.

These ladies are fabulous! They were on time, were very professional and did a great job. Next time I need my windows cleaned I will be calling them again.

They arrived on time. They were very nice. My only complaint is that there was one window one of the girls said would be done and then it was possibly not communicated to the other girl and ultimately it was not done. Other than that it was a pleasurable experience and their work was professional.

Our single story house has ten windows, including the two large sliding glass doors. We also have cats and special needs animals. Gwyndows has been doing my windows once or twice a year for several years. They are polite, clean, efficient, and handle kids, pets, and other issues professionally, and do the job for the price most places charge to do only the outside.

We have used them for window washing several times and they have always done a wonderful thorough job. This time they also power washed the large back deck and they did an AMAZING job. The old deck looks new!

Kayla arrived at the expected time. She walked through the house and outside the house with me. She itemized a bid for the work to be completed for my acceptance. Then she began cleaning the inside windows, took a short on-site lunch break, then began cleaning the outside windows and screens. She replaced all of the screens. Kayla was on-task the entire time she was here. When she completed the work, she did a walk-through with me to look over all of the work. Then I paid her. Kayla did an excellent job of cleaning my windows. The windows sparkled when she finished the work. I highly recommend Gwyndows Window Cleaning and Kayla. This company is reliable and professional.
