I have finally found my go-to guy for drywall work. Stellar experience. Got a call back within 20 minutes, job was done same day. High quality workmanship, extremely reasonable price!! Matched texture of existing wall and ceiling - no easy feat. Even taped down plastic drop cloth to avoid leaving a mess. Such a nice guy too. Very impressed and highly recommended.

Wow this guy was great! He asked us some questions and requested pictures when I made the appt. he showed up on time and ready to start work right away if the price was right and it was!! He was very professional as well as the other gentleman that helped him! The work was awesome, best matching of texturing we've ever seen! I would call him again in a heartbeat!

It went very well. From the first time I reached out to Joel, to making sure he got paid for outstanding work, I enjoyed the experience. Joel is a notch above. Always on time. Good estimate. Very directive on what he needed from me, and his guys showed up on time and did the work fast, and well. The whole process took three days. My house is completely sheet rocked now (I did not need tape and float because we are putting tongue and grove board on most of the house). If you need some to do sheetrock, call Joel.

he showed up when he said, he installed the drywall perfectly. he said three days, it took three days. drywall, tape and float, orangepeel surface. no $$$ suprises. they even found a baby rattlesnake between their truck and the house ( I took care of that, re located it far into the hill country) we had to leave before they were finished... and they cleaned up, locked the house, even put my skil saw on the porch, (I had left it out and it was about to rain)

Joel Guzman is a drywall artist. He removed and replaced the entire ceiling of my 1938 Bungalow with extreme attention to detail. The lines are clean, the ceiling is smooth and it looks brand new. Prices were fair, he is a very professional, nice and considerate person. What got me was that he told me up front that he quotes each job so that it is fair to the homeowner AND to his workers. I will continue to use Guzman Drywall for future projects like taking down walls, repairing cracks etc.

He came when he said he would and patched the walls so perfectly one cannot tell where he worked. This was the second time we used him and we would use him again if we needed to without batting an eyelash.

No complaints. They were excellent. I'll use them in the future. One of the best subcontractors I've hired. They're were punctual, professional, and courteous, and they cleaned up after working. I'm happy with the finished product. I received estimates from three drywall contractors, and they were neither the highest nor the lowest.

Joel Guzman provided a quote for repairing my Kitchen ceiling which was damaged after a water heater leaked. He explained to me the difference between a repair and replacing the entire ceiling. I told him that I didn't want it noticeable that there had been damage, and he assured me that the end result would be perfect. And, it was: the final result was perfect. I'm extremely pleased with the way the kitchen ceiling looks now. Joel and along with 2 other works came to my house first thing in the morning, carefully covered the Kitchen, and the floor leading to the kitchen from the front-door. They worked diligently for two days to repair the drywall and repaint the kitchen ceiling. Also there was a portion of the wall behind the refrigerator where the dry-wall was removed previously by the water damage company, as well several sections of dry-wall. Guzman dry-wall repaired this area behind the refrigerator and repainted as well as installed new baseboards and repainted that as well. Also, I was impressed that after the initial day of work, they uncovered everything and carefully cleaned up the kitchen and the swept the floors, so that I could use the kitchen. They returned the next day and re-covered everything before they started painting the kitchen. Finally after I paid Joel, I noticed a area on the ceiling that I thought should be touched up a little bit. Joel was back at my house in 30 minutes to take a look. I'm extremely happy that I hired Guzman Drywall, and would use them again and again and I highly recommend them.

Bottom line: if you need sheet rock work call Guzman Drywall! Joel Guzman has an eye for detail and cares deeply about his craft. His entire crew is friendly, considerate, hard-working, punctual, and professional -- they demonstrate true team work. Mr. Guzman and his crew are a and quot;well-oiled machine!and quot; Joel delivered exactly what he promised and more. This house was built in 1959 so presented some challenges but because of his attention to detail and genuine care for his customers every nook and cranny was meticulously taken care of. What was once a very neglected house is now a beautiful home. Guzman Drywall takes great pride in doing remarkable work. If we ever need sheet rock and texture work again they will be the company we call.

This job was professionally managed and completed in a very quick and timely manner. Joel was very responsive to details and quality. I like the fact that this team was prompt and the job completed within specified time frame.

I pointed out a missed crack to Mr. Guzman when he came to collect payment, and he went to his truck, got his equipment, and fixed it right then, even though it was the end of a long work day for him. Within a couple of days, I noticed a couple more small cracks (there were many to be fixed in the first place), and Mr. Guzman returned again to fix them. He and his staff were prompt, polite, and professional. If Mr. Guzman was going to be even 10 minutes late, he'd call or text me to let me know that he was late, but on his way. That type of consideration is rare, and much appreciated. Would definitely use him again.

He was very thorough. He came out and told me the price and completed the job in one day. He didn't waste any time. I think he does a good job and his price was fair. The price was good. He came out when he said he would. He was very professional.

Joel and his crew did a great job giving me a and quot;realand quot; ceiling after I lived with acoustic tiles hanging from a metal grid for eight years. I felt at ease giving Joel's men access to my home while I was away at work. They were fast, careful, honest and relatively neat, given the dust-producing nature of the job. The work looks excellent and they got it done in a very timely fashion. My only complaints are: I asked that the workers lock the side security gate each day when they were done and came home to a wide open gate 3 out of 5 days; also, despite instructing Joel not to reinstall any fixtures in the new ceiling, and a confirmation from him that he would not--(I chose to prime and paint the new ceiling myself to save money)--he paid an electrician put the light fixtures back and he reinstalled the AC vents, causing me unnecessary extra work to remove everything so I could paint. So, communication went pretty well but not and quot;excellent.and quot; I feel the price was good, or fair. I received lower price bids that included painting but didn't want to wait weeks or longer for availability. Joel was very responsive and has enough workers to manage multiple jobs. Overall, I am quite happy with my new ceiling and with Guzman Drywall and can recommend them highly.

Joel was punctual, polite and professional. The work was done as he said and when he said. His crews were tidy and neat. Overall a great experience and someone that we will highly recommend to the people we know.

Great experience. Very professional and prompt and did a high quality job. He gave us a lot of extra advice and really went the extra mile. They weren't the lowest bid we got, but were much more affordable than the highest. Very satisfied and will use them again in the future.

Smooth process from first contact through to completion. Joel was responsive and conducted a thorough and attentive visit and provided a prompt estimate. The work was well organized and communication around creative decisions was strong. One day was dedicated to dry wall repairs and texturing, the second to priming and painting. While we had all of the original paints, Joel's team was careful to make sure we had the right paint for the right surface. We walked through the finished work--it was hard to find where the repairs had been made--that's how well the texture and paint work was. Highly recommended.

Very satisfied overall. Joel is easy to work with, prompt, thorough, and highly professional. Joel confirmed readiness the day before the committed start date, then arrived with his crew on time and ready to work. They did an amazing job of isolating the work area with plastic sheeting on all the walls, doors and floor so that almost zero dust entered the rest of the house. The experienced team worked very quickly and professionally, and the team of 4 completed the entire job to my satisfaction in one day. It was an amazing transformation. They removed all debris and even re-positioned the few heavy items of furniture that had been removed to facilitate the work.

They did GREAT work repairing drywall in four rooms, re-taping a number of walls, and texturing everything. We will DEFINITELY use these guys again. I removed wallpaper from my kitchen and needed the wall re-floated and re-textured. I also had about a dozen really large cracks in the walls (the house had foundation repair). Joel's team not only did excellent work, but they also repaired a bunch of other cracks and holes that I didn't even expect them to! Everything looks perfect and I am so appreciative. Joel Guzman was extremely professional and easy to work with, and the whole team was very nice and would chat with me whenever I showed up during the day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs drywall work!

If you're looking for quality, look no further...Guzman Drywall is TOP NOTCH! Joel and his crew were professional, courteous, and super fast to boot. Their attention to detail was nothing short of amazing. I really can't say enough good things about these guys. Every challenge that we came up with was met with a smile on their face and a can do attitude. Our house is modern so we didn't want a lot of trim work and they flawlessly finished the drywall right up to the exposed ceiling beam, built in medicine cabinet, windows, etc. We couldn't be more happy with the quality of the work! I showed Joel a picture of the texture that we wanted and he nailed it. Joel takes great pride in his work and it definitely shows. We'll be calling on him again soon to drywall and paint our next phase of construction. Thank you Joel and crew for a job well done! :)
