Gustavo Rendon Concrete Works

Description of Work: I had approximately 1100 sf of 50 year old concrete driveway that was cracked. Next to it was a new garage with new concrete. I wanted the old driveway topped with 4" of reinforced concrete, the old drive widened one foot, all of it sloped for rainwater runoff, and then tie into the new garage's concrete apron. In addition, I needed 465 sf of an old garage floor raised 1.5" inches to match the rest of the house's slab. I needed a 12" high stem wall in the old garage's overhead door opening to install a series of windows for window seats, plus prevent rainwater runoff from entering the house. Gustavo stayed until well after dark operating a power trowel to give me a shiny smooth floor in the old garage so I can score and stain the concrete. The work is perfect. I tore out a set of wooden steps leading into a detached garage and had a beautiful set of curved concrete stairs placed. It looks absolutely fantastic and is so ergonomic compared t the wooden stairs. I'm not finished with all the work he did. He put a 3x3 pad next to the house so I can put an outdoor closet. He also poured a 13'x7' patio underneath a weatherproof roof so it can be used in all weather. The work was started and finished exactly on time. The price and quality is exceptional.
