We do not charge a trip fee just a flat rate to repair any thing broken or damaged. There are never any hidden charges the price agreed on is always what you pay. I called Justin Newhouse on August 2 due to backing into my garage door. There was no hurry as I was able to get the door up and down. He called me on Monday morning and set an appointment for after 3 p.m. He and an assistant were here promptly, checked out the door, installed new rollers and were gone in about 30 minutes. I have used this service before, referred them to others and been very pleased.

I am very happy with this company and with Justin. My garage door works beautifully.
Description of Work: I called Justin in the morning and described the problem with our garage door. He seemed to know exactly the problem and made a couple of recommendations. We made our choice and he was here a bit before noon (as he said he would be). He worked quickly and efficiently and completed the task in very good time (so I had the rest of the day for other things). My garage door works beautifully and I'm very happy with Justin and his company.

Justin showed up on time. He does what he says and gaurantees his work and products! He had several sugjestions to maintain my garage door. I've used his service before and have been totally satisfied.
Description of Work: He replaced all of the rollers, tested the spring, lubricated the entire door and did it in record time.
