+ -1 moreOverall we are happy. Going through the process was a bit time consuming. The tilers are great. Very precise. I would use them again.
Description of Work: We had some water damage. Builder had put in double wall construction and actually put up the tile on drywall and set the drywall into the lip of shower base. Water wicked up the drywall and over time softened. Builder should have put in green board. Greggs service helped remodel our bathroom. Tile, pony wall, cubbies for shampoo, surround on tub.

+ 0 moreHis workers always called ahead of time to let me know when they were coming. They were very careful of the house, and put up paper to walk on so as not to track dust throughout the house. The job was completed on time, but I wasn't entirely happy. One row of the inlay pieces wasn't perfect. This is why I am giving them an A rating. Not because they had to do it over, but because both the foreman and Greg understood why I was dissatisfied and did not argue one bit. They said they wanted me to be completely satisfied, which is rare these days. I would definitely hire them again, in fact I plan on having Greg work on my AC and install more insulation soon.
Description of Work: My shower stall was in BAD shape. The tiles were misaligned, loose, and water was starting to seep in. I knew I had to fix it, but wasn't sure where to start. I had several bids, before Greg came out. His bid was very competitive, and based on other reviews here I decided to give him the job. They removed the old tile, rebuilt the shower pan, installed hardy plank, and tiled the stall with a row of mosaic tile as accent pieces.

+ -1 moreONCE THE PARTS CAME IN, GREGG QUICKLY PERFORMED THE REPAIRS. HE WAS POLITE AND APOLOGETIC WHEN A PART DIDN'T COME IN WHEN EXPECTED. A PROBLEM OCCURED A MONTH OR SO LATER AND HE CAME RIGHT OVER TO CORRECT IT.
Description of Work: CLEANED THE COIL TO THE HEATING UNIT AND REPLACED THE THERMOSTAT FOR THE SAME UNIT.
