Angelle Hall has been my realator for the last 12 years, I have worked with Green Mango for the last 20 - both buying and selling. I would never use anyone else. Their resources and network extensive in the Austin area. Angelle's attention to detail and knowledgable expertise make the entire process virtually stress free. She has helped me with both a forever home and investment properties. Her patience is limitless. She was immensely helpful during my recent sale. I was out of town and she was my project manager and dear friend. Between the pandemic, living out of Austin and all the details of selling an older home I had owned for 20 years I was having some issues making sense on options and trying to make some complicated decisions. Angelle held my hand, explained everything and connected me to experts when I needed more information/advice to make sound decisions for what was best for me and my family. I took her advice and it paid off! Also, because of her contacts we were able to expedite services needed to get the house in a great position to sell. She knows what she is doing... use her, listen to her and I promise she will do you right. She is a genuine, transparent, GOOD person that does things the right way. Every transaction has been a positive experience for all parties involved.

I am a repeat offender! ;) My husband and I first worked with Angelle Hall (of Green Mango Real Estate) in 2009 to buy our first home. After we had a kiddo in 2012, we quickly knew that we would outgrow our home in a few years and need her assistance again. Fast forward to 2017, when I approached Angelle, requesting her services to help sell our home in South Austin and buy a home outside of the city, in Spicewood. To make a long story short, we put a contingent offer on a house we loved and had to sell our home quickly to make the deal work. There were times when we thought we weren’t going to get the house of our dreams, but Angelle worked diligently to make it happen. She is knowledgeable, personable, approachable, patient and generous with her time (because I texted her mornings, mid-day, evenings, weekends, etc.!) She thoroughly answered all of our questions and explained everything in detail. If she didn’t have the answer, she’d get it right away. She has a wonderful team of advocates backing her, including fantastic mortgage and title professionals. Our specific situation was a crazy, bumpy ride, but Angelle made the journey as smooth as possible. In the end, we sold our home (multiple offers the first day!) and moved to a beautiful home near the lake, on almost an acre of land. We’re loving it out here and it wouldn’t have been possible without Angelle Hall. We don’t plan on moving any time soon, but if we ever needed to, we’d choose Angelle again in a heartbeat. I can’t recommend her enough.

I've known Carrie Bills (owner) since 1994 - yes, 20 YEARS! She has been involved in my 3 house sales and 2 home purchases in Austin. I cannot say enough positive things about her professionalism and knowledge when it comes to Austin and surrounding area real estate. On top of being a great Realtor, she is one of my favorite people. Barbara Ostrand is one GREAT agent! Barbara NEVER lacks energy and friendliness. It is easy to know that Barbara is sincere and honest...she cares that everyone have a good experience - buyer and seller. One of the best things about our home sell - we met Barbara and got to know her. Barbara and Carrie came into the house we wanted to sell, looked around, and informed us of the recommended pricing and strategy - of course they showed up with area comps....but the price was set based on the comps AND their knowledge of the Austin market. So.....we showed our home for 1 day, received 3 offers and closed on a deal for a little more than we ask! If anyone sells a house - you know how important it is to only have to show for a short period.
