+ 0 moreI called Lance at Green Leaf Energy auditors to get an urgent energy audit on a home i'm selling. I called late in the day and Lance agreed to fit me in and met me the next morning at my house at the agreed time to perform the audit. He walked to the electrical box and told me that because my energy provider is Perdernales Electric, versus the City of Austin, that I didn't need an audit performed. He said that there was no charge for him coming out, even though it had taken him an hour to get to my house in early morning traffic. I tried repeatedly to compensate him for his time and he wouldn't accept any payment. He was a very nice guy and treated me very well in this situation and I would hope that other people would give him a chance based on my experience.
Description of Work: Called him out to my house to do an energy audit and was told that the audit wasn't needed because of the electric provider.
