He assured me that he would get our pests under control and that if the initial treatment wasn't sufficient to just call him and he would come back and re-treat. I feel very comfortable that he will follow through and follow up. Dan is very knowledgeable (has a degree from Perdue in entymology).

 + -1 moreWe had sugar ants in the kitchen. Dan services the house quarterly, but the sugar ants were taking over. He came out promptly when he said he would. He's always friendly.

 + -1 moreI have had the delight of using Graduates for about the past two years or so. I have had no problems with pests since services began. They always send out someone who is kind and fast working which makes the appointments go by in a breeze. It is also nice to know I can call them in case of an emergency and they will send someone right out. I have no intention on discontinuing services.
Description of Work: Graduate comes about twice a year to spray the inside and outside of my home for all pests.
