+ -1 moreFirst they emailed the contracts to all the parties involved and an introduction email of the team. They set up an account so that we could follow the process of our file on SureClose. We also received all the documents and paperwork in the timely manner. Debra explained all the financials in closing in a way that we could easily follow and understand.
Description of Work: Debra Holloway and her team processed and closed the sale and purchase of our homes. They were very professional, offered clear and concise instructions for closing, and explained all the financial information in layman terms.
