Description of Work: They came out to my home to make an estimate. I never received an estimate or any follow up call or contact. I was a medium size insured water damage claim. Very unprofessional to not even follow up in my opinion .

 + -1 moreStarted out very efficient and quick to answer all questions. Ended up taking twice as long, literally, as we were initially told. Sometimes workers would show, sometimes not. They explained that they had other jobs come up. I would have recommended them if they would have just finished our project first, then move on to the other projects. Overall feeling at the end was a 'C'.
Description of Work: Gerloff was contracted by our insurance company after we had flood damage. 2nd floor, somewhat extensive. Quality of work was very good.
