Genesis Pools

Up until my latest call for repair service, I was satisfied with the work performed.

I called Genesis Pools to schedule appointment. They are responsive – I called and they called me back quickly. We got an appointment scheduled and they showed up on time. Then, when I needed their assistance a second time and called, I was able to reach them and scheduled an appointment quickly. I have used a number of different companies in the past and could see such a contrast between the others and this company, that I had to write a review. I really appreciate how insightful they are. I had some persistent problems with my equipment that other companies could not identify and Genesis Pools were able to help me identify the issues so that I could make a decision about what I wanted to have done. They are very patient – They listened to me describe the symptoms of the problems. Genesis Pools has integrity, they described the possibilities of what the problem could be before they did the work and explained what repairs they could do as well as what the cost ranges might be. They weren't afraid to get in there and get dirty to a**** the needs. Some of the other companies that I worked with in the past did a partial job and didn't really help me figure out my problem. Dan, the representative from Genesis Pools, got in there and worked until each of the issues were identified. Smart – very knowledgeable. This seemed to make all the difference. They helped me to solve each issue. I had some leaks and he helped me to find each one. He helped me to make good informed decisions, thinking of what was best for me and my family. I appreciate that Genesis Pools is easy to work with. As a customer, I feel that service companies' communication is so important. The communication that I experienced with Genesis Pools made such as big difference. They have such a friendly positive attentive attitude. It is refreshing to work with a company that has knowledgeable people who are easy to communicate with and who get the work excellently done. I was completely satisfied with their service. They surpassed my expectations and I will definitely use them again in the future.

We recently relocated to Texas and required the immediate attention of a pool inspector. We were closing soon on our new house and had ten days to complete all inspections. The housing market is booming here in Texas and we thought we were never going to find a pool inspector in time, but to our great relief, Dan answered. We were able to schedule both the pool and home inspection for the same day. Dan was extremely professional. Showed up exactly when he said he would and performed an inspection that brought numerous issues to my attention that we were able to settle with the sell before we went to closing. Shortly after we settled into the house, Dan returned and gave me an entire class on pool maintenance and how to operate the pool equipment. Absolutely the most informative block of instructions, I never expected this.
