Top notch communications, very knowledgeable about the market he covers and takes the time to discuss details in an effort to ensure you're making the best possible decision in terms of renting your property versus selling (if you are at all questioning it). The transaction went smoothly, his guidance and recommendations proved valuable. We met with other realtors in addition to Geary, but Geary was the obvious fit for us ? he had our house listed within one day of deciding to put it on the market. We were under contract with a full price offer the next day. We closed less than 30 days later. A+ experience all the way round.

He has made it very easy and hassle free to rent my house and even provided me with a free market study of my house to help me decide whether selling was a good idea. I definitely recommend his services.
