Description of Work: GDR Customs handled the remodel on our master suite (closet, bed, and bath), guest bathroom, living room, and installation of hardwood floors in four rooms and tile in the guest bath. Master suite work included converting adjacent office into the master closet, including closing in previous entrance and installation of new french doors, and extensive drywall work and painting. Master and guest bath work included demo, tile work (tub and floor), installation of all new fixtures, and painting. Living room work involved demo on wood paneling, new drywall, eliminating a half wall and ceiling beam, painting, and installation of hardwood floors. They also handled final trim out and punch work, as well as coordinating the electrical, plumbing and AC subs. They also installed new exterior french doors and a window.
