He was terrible. Never responded to me when I told him the floors looked awful.

Work product was good but scheduling was ridiculous. No show on day they were supposed to start. Came out next day and took out old floor. Supposed to come back following day for install but tile didnt come in, so missed another day. Pretty big deal when I already had pulled all three toilets in the house prior them coming out on day one. Finally to top it off they finished and left on a Friday night and left one of my hose bibs running on outside of house. Found that present 16 hours and how many gallons of water later. The actual tile guys that did the work were very good and final product was good.

We have had them install wood in 3 rooms and carpet in 2 rooms.Excellent company

We got estimates from different places and picked Raesz because of their crew and their attention to our needs and schedule. The acrylic concrete stain was coming off the floor for the third time, and we replaced it with tile. This necessitated moving the contents from about half the rooms and prepping, tiling, grouting, and cleaning those floors, then moving all the contents into the finished rooms and prepping, tiling, grouting and cleaning the remaining rooms, then moving contents back. We moved out while they did it and checked back occasionally. They finished in 8 days, laid the patterns we chose for the different rooms and had everything cleaned up and in place. A supervisor was here most of the time. The crew was great and did an excellent job. Our builder who put the failed acrylic down helped with a little over half the cost. Gary Raesz himself came after the job was completed to check the work and be sure we were satisfied. I would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

They did a very good job at a reasonable price. The sales rep Phillip was very available and helpful. The only minor issue was cleanup- it was OK not great.

We chose a tile that has three sizes and chose 3 patterns for the 2700 foot house. The crews at Raesz had to first move our furniture into one end of the house and the garage. They had to hand sand the stain or paint off to a point the mastic would stick, then tile and grout. Then they had to move the furniture to the newly tiled part and do it again. They used a product call flexbond to make a better bond and top quality mastic on top of that. Each tile cut matches walls and corners perfectly. They did the entire job in seven days start to finish. The crews were professional, courteous and friendly. They were there when they said they would be and did a wonderful job on our house. Our sales rep called to be sure things were going well, and Gary Raesz came by after the job was done to see that the floor looked good and that we were happy with it. We could not be happier.

Chris Potts who works for Gary Raesz has generally been pretty good. I've used him a number of times. However, the last time was a real mess. They made it right, but it would have been better for us all if it was handled right the first time. I've tried to use them again, but they are tardy returning calls or don't at all. Its kinda wierd, because he will come by, drop off the samples etc., but won't follow up later on. Not sure what that's all about...

This is our 4th time to use this company. They are very professional and have good prices. For this job they had to remove ceramic tile in the kitchen and bathroom. When they installed the wood floors we found blemishes on several pieces of wood. They promptly removed the defective pieces and replaced them. This extra effort added about 2 days to the 3 day project. They did not argue with us about the spots on the floor and gladly replaced them at not cost to us.

The installation crew showed up on time. It was new construction, so there was nothing to rip out or furniture to move. They installed it in just over 2 hours, vacuumed it all and basically left no trace that they had been there.
