FREYTAG PHOENIX IRRIGATION

I left a message for them to call me back because I was having problems with the system that was installed 5 years ago they never called back. Then when I called again I spoke with someone and set up an appointment and they never came out. So I ended up having to use another service provider. I thought they were one of the better companies I could have had it done for cheaper but I took the high road and went with them. A couple of years ago they sent a new letter out saying that had new management and I don't know if thats where things took a bad turn. I really liked them before new management I had referred them to two other customers previously, but I just don't know what happened they were great when I used them 5 years ago in which I would have given them a A rating.

Hiring Phoenix Irrigation was a very positive experience. They came out right away. They quality of their work was great for a reasonable price. They even showed me how to use my sprinkler system which was new to me.

I was quite happy to see the guys from Freytag Irrigation arrive just as scheduled. They did a great job at installing the irrigation system as well. They managed to get everything up and running in a very fast amount of time which was very satisfying for me. I see no reason not to have them come back if ever need be. I am not quite sure exactly what the pricing was for the system, but it was reasonable. A couple thousand I know that.

I was very pleased with them, and the service technician they sent out was phenomenal. He was very nice and showed up on time. He showed me how to do a lot of the stuff myself, if needed. They guaranteed everything. They were a bit pricey but well worth it. They charged $60 per hour. They were the ones that installed the original system and did it by hand, so they did less damage to the yard.
