It was great. He was on time. He was very accommodating and polite. He went above and beyond to do some extra stuff that I didn't even ask for. They installed the light, it was too large and it didn't look good, so the poor man took it down for me without complaining. He was very nice and I have more work, so I will call him again.

The owner, Scott came to my house, and started to work on my project. It was only two outlets to install.. My house is a single family home, normally electrician takes about an hour to install one outlet, but there's two hours and a half passed, Scott only cut off one very big square( 14" X14") , and two small squares(3"x4") for the electrical box, so I asked him how much longer needed? he said he might need another 2 hours, and each additional hour, he will charge $110...however, this is getting ridiculous, I bought a coupon through Angie's list, this coupon is $99 for two hours electric work, and now he wants to charge me another two hours work. Of course I refuse the work to continue. I told him, I am not going to pay that unreasonable extra time for only two outlet installed. The charge was ridiculous!!! I felt I had been rip off., but I looked what he had done to my wall, it was a huge big square cut off, I felt I wasted the money if I didn't let him finished, so I told him, okay, please to finish it , and I will pay him the extra time, I just wanted to be finished. At this moment, he was mad at me and said, he was not going to finish for me, and he said "find someone else to finish it", he took his tools and left...This guy owned this company, treated customer this way is totally unprofessional and unacceptably. After that, I hire another electrical company to finish the work... they only charged me $200 for two outlets. My point is, why people buying coupon because people want to save money, this company use coupon in order to get you pay more which is very dishonest. I paid them $99, but they didn't finish any work for me, I just throw my $99 to the drain, I feel I have been ripped off by this company....

Scott was able to schedule me in on short notice, and he got the job done quickly and professionally. Also helped with an additional task while he was there. It went very well. Would definitely call again.

Got the $99 special. I called Steve over the phone first before purchasing this deal. He was very professional. I bought the deal and then scheduled the appointment. He had an opening before but I wasnt ready so we had to do it on a later day. Steve arrived at the said time and literally all the jobs were done super quick. I only used 1 hour of the two that I had paid for. Now that may have been because the nature of the jobs performed but everything was done to my satisfaction. We discussed other potential future work. I noticed that he had good professional opinions regarding the work and i would recommend him for other patrons.

Freedom Enterprises Electrical is a very professional company. I would hire them again in a heart beat. I am glad I know have an electrician I can call on.

It went great. As noted above, Scott (owner) worked around my schedule which was much appreciated. He was very courteous and professional and I really felt like he is someone who can be trusted (which I have found in the past that it's sometimes hard to find someone trust-worthy in that industry). I felt like I found a really good electrician and someone who can be trusted, and we will definitely be using him for our future electrical needs.

Scott was great! He responded quickly to my inquiry and scheduled me within a week. He took care of the items on my inspection report and fixed two outlets.

Very well! Scott discovered that the fan was not grounded and fixed that problem too. He noticed another wobbly fan and fixed it too! I also talked to Scott about my concerns with the 1963 electrical wires in my house and asked him to check the breaker boxes inside and outside. He explained what he could do and did not pressure me in any way to have the work done. I'm eager for the breakers to be upgraded though and look forward to the peace of mind I will have then. I'm happy to have found Scott. He works very quietly and efficiently and I highly recommend him!

Scott did an excellent job! He accomplished everything we asked him to do in a timely manner. He did a great job fixing some of our lighting issues we have had since moving into our home.
