They were very professional. They took time to answer all my questions. They corrected the mess another company made of my laptop. I was very impressed with the interaction with me and other customers that were there. They went the extra mile to make sure I was understanding everything. They explained everything before hand so I knew what they were going to do. They were in a easy location for me to find. I called them up to get directions and they gave me the exact way how to get there. They treated me wit the utmost respect. They did not make me feel inferior at all. I would recommend them to anyone. Their prices are right on the money. They are professional and honest. I appreciated their honest and their work ethic. They are top notch computer repair and installations experts. Thanks to them I have a computer that works. I would go back to them.

I was having all sorts of trouble with my computer and when I called this vendor I came into contact with Mason, who immediately took control and it was all good! He remotely went thru my computer and within an hour he had taken care of many issues that I have had for months! He was able to find several intrusions from outside sources, delete unnecessary programs, set me up with FREE software for protection and streamlined many of my start ups. He was amazing and he was a professional as well as a personal employee of this company! I highly recommend him and Frankensteins!

Very pleased, highly recommend! Recently, my PC had contracted a virus/malware, which was causing a series of pop-ups. Plus, it was running slow. Contacted Frankenstein Computers and spoke to Mason. Hoping I would not have to bring in the PC, he spent several hours repairing it. The best part was I did not have to bring it in. He did it all by remote desktop. Mason was professional, courteous and customer driven, which is a testament to the kind of leadership that Tony Tudyk (owner) has on the team. Over the years I've had the pleasure of working with Ryan, whenever I've had any PC issues. He always comes through and does so with a terrific attitude. This is a good company with good people, who will be fair and reasonable with their pricing. They will treat you with respect.
