In a word, Outstanding! Both process and outcome were superior to prior contractor experiences. Pete's crew completed the job while the family was away on vacation, given that entire ground floor was disrupted. We trusted Pete and his crew in our home while we were at the beach, and he earned and maintained that trust. Job was completed at the agreed-upon time, and at a high level of quality. Pete even removed the dishwasher and installed new floor tile beneath it--where the original builder had not. Sheetrock work where cabinets were removed to open a room was impeccable. Everything was plumb, flush, and square, and textured to match the rest of the home. There's no way to tell that the modifications weren't part of the original build. Pete's crews cleaned up after themselves and respected our home and property. Our neighbors couldn't believe the work was completed while we were out of the state.
