From the first service to the last, the Fox Team did superior work timely, at a fair price, with meticulous skills, and with a great attitude on a 100 degree day. To Carlos and Mark, who helped select a system that fit my needs and identified much appreciated discounts, to Rodney and Geraldo, who should be in the AC Installation Hall of Fame, I feel very good about the purchase of the new system. And, just the discount from being a Priority One customer will the system pay for itself much more quickly than might otherwise been the case! Thanks Fox!

He did a good job. we were happy with what he did and he was cheap, we saw hm from Angie's list and I can recommend him actually there are other things I would want him to do, he was nice an punctual.

I have used Fox for my air conditioning service since they installed the unit in 2000. I have their Priority service plan. My air conditioning went out on Saturday afternoon and I emailed asking for service on Monday. I got a response Sunday morning that I would be put on the list for Monday and worked in. The time was anywhere from 8-6. I finally saw a technician at 5:00 p.m. He went right to work and then had to go for parts before they closed at 5:30. He returned with the right parts and finished working about 7. I was pleased to have air conditioning again! He was very courteous and explained that my previous check-up on July 1 was possibly not done correctly. I was thankful that he was able to make everything work. I will stay with Fox for now.

We have used FOX for a long time now. They installed our AC about 10 years ago, and our water heater about 2 years ago. They really are our go-to-guys for HVAC and plumbing.

The repairman was very professional. He patched the drywall and even took a sample of the wall color to Home Depot and bought the exact color to match the wall. Not sure on cost however since be was contracted through the cable company.

Called and set date for another checkup and was told a new and expensive mother board was needed. Rejected suggested fix because it was about 1/2 the pricve of a new washer Decided to buy new washer.This second call was free under guarantee terms.

On time, professional, fair pricing, never had a faulty repair or service. Have called Fox to repair problems created by previous repair for AC unit, plumbing.

I had a leak in the foundation of my home. They were fabulous! They did a superb job. They helped me file with my homeowner's insurance. The manager of the plumbing department came out himself. They are very professional. I would definitely use this company again.

Too bad I cannot leave two reviews. One for the service contract and one for the estimate for bid work. The service contract guy was good, punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. The problem was with the estimate for the duct work. The guy showed up an hour early, told my roommate since there is a remodel in process that he could not do the estimate, and to call back when the construction is done. He left no information, he did not look at a thing and I never heard another word. Yes, I should definitely keep ducts that are entirely split open in the attic until I have flooring put in on the second floor. I will never use this company for anything again once my service contact is up in the fall. 2/18/2014, RE: response to Fox's response. One my roommate is a male, not female and we have lived together for over 10 years so I can guarantee you that there was nothing lost in translation. Yes, there was card left which I told my roommate to toss after he told me the guy hit the second floor and told him to have us call him back when the remodel is done. There was absolutely no other information left and no other discussion. Next providing an estimate is key when people are remodeling so they can fit all work within budget (duh!). Lastly the radiant barrier qualifies for no rebates so there was certainly no reason to not at least talk to someone about the radiant barrier. The response is far too little too late and no more than well written excuses. Maybe if the estimator even remembered whom he had spoken to or had spoken to my roommate about radiant barrier I may have been open to giving Fox another chance. If the estimator had even bothered hopping in the attic to look around for the radiant barrier estimate I would have been home by the time he was done assessing the attic and then maybe he could have explained what I would be forfeiting if I made the choice to have work done prior to the remodel being complete. Big mistake blowing me off: 2 complete HVAC units, duct work, solar vents, and weatherization totaling about ~$17,000 not to mention and future calls and/or recommendations.

As usual they did a quick and good job with no difficulties. The plumbers have been pleasant, helpful, and professional. I would not consider using any other company for plumbing of any kind.

From sales to installation, every Fox employee we dealt with were professional, extremely knowledgable, fair and prompt. Rodney arrived on time, confirmed all sales details, worked efficiently and cleaned up completely after the installation.

They were very professional, courteous, and the price was right.

I was very pleased. I've used them for 10 years. They have a program called Priority One and I get a discount and they come out and check my heating and A/C twice a year to make sure that everything is in working order. The last time I called them was around 6 pm on a Friday night and they send a technician out within the hour. Their prices are competitive and comparable.

Fantastic service, great product. Really could not be happier. Mark was extremely responsive - including over the weekend to emails. He was on top of everything, made it all easy - especially considering my busy travel schedule. It took him less time than he'd predicted to complete the job, and everyone was polite, friendly, clean. Best experience I've had with anyone doing work in my home since I moved to Austin.

He fixed it up for us. The technician was very professional and he explained what was going on. He gave me suggestions for when I need to replace my unit, what I should be looking for and what I should tell who ever is installing the unit. I have various difficult access in my A/C so he suggested improvements to the access area and I thought it was really nice. I had a leak in a pipe next to the air conditioning and he noticed it and told me about it. It wasn't part of his inspection but he save the fact that he saw it and told me about it. That was really nice.

It went well, they were good. They came on time, they were informative.

Fox Services has been servicing my heating and cooling system for several years now. I am a member of their preferred program where you pay a set fee each year and they will at my convienience come to my home and make sure my system is operating efficiently and safely every spring and fall. They replaced my AC last year and put in a new energy efficient system that not only keeps my home cool in the summer but it reduced my electric bill substantially. I would recommend them to anyone.

Went great. He cleaned up after his work and did what we asked him to do.

The unit had completely died. There was no air throughout the house. They came out the first night to examine it, and then had to order the parts. Then it arrived two days later. Once they received it they installed it and we were good to go. What impressed me most was they have been consistent over the last two years i have used them with plumbing and air conditioning work. They are available 24 hours a day. They arrive on time and always seem to give a fair price. The company itself was very good as far as plumbers. We recently had them come out twice to fix an air conditioning unit. They were on time and did exactly what the said they were going to do.

Called and made an appt. for Fox to repair a leaky kitchen and leaky bathroom faucet. They fixed the kitchen faucet (Delta) in a few minutes, but said they did not have the parts for the Delta bathroom faucet. They said they had to go to Home Depot to get the parts to "rebuild the faucet" (their words). And that it would take 2 days. So 2 days later they arrived with 1 or 2 parts, and fixed the faucet in about 15 minutes. This work was performed for my elderly parents. The price they charged was exorbitant!

Too many stories in the 20+ years but all good outcomes. Used for AC, plumbing, electrical, etc, throughout the three homes we've owned.

Fox Service is always easy to schedule appointments with (in my experience), and they typically have technicians available when you need them, which is why I chose them for this particular job. The technician was about 15-20 min late due to early morning traffic, but it was a tech that had been to the property before, and he was friendly, competent and efficient once he arrived. Fox is not the cheapest, but they get the job done and the service is professional.
