Description of Work: They replaced the AC unit, completely replaced the duct work, and added insulation. It went over real well. We had a rough start, but they came in and changed it out no problems asked. We've been using them 30 years now.

Description of Work: The initial serviceman was fine but follow-up by the office was non-existent. I called them several times to get a salesman out and then he never called back with an estimate. I eventually called and went with another company.

Description of Work: Replaced hot water heater with an upgraded unit - the team was on time and performed the work with professionalism and concern to do the job correctly- they were careful with their welding tools working near insulation and cleaned up the area before leaving - we have used FSC for years - would recommend Fox Service Company.

Description of Work: Replaced air conditioning ducts and insulation destroyed by squirrels in attic, as well as ceiling dry wall where the condensation had saturated it, causing it to collapse into the hallway. Also closed up hole the squirrels had made to get into attic. Installed insulation around doorways, windows, and under sinks.
