 + -1 moreSo disappointing! As a General Contractor, I had Fox look at a couple of items for me at one of our commercial clients. I gave explicit instructions to the techs & the person that dispatched the team that the invoices needed to come to me directly. Instead, Fox sent them directly to my client, cutting me out of the picture. Now more than a year later and 2 conversations with the company later, and they are still harassing me about the outstanding invoices. They prevented my company from earning a management fee on both of these jobs, and they are still harassing me 1 year later.
