Ashkan did an incredible job on our covered porch project. We were facing an incredibly challenging situation with the City and trying to get un-permitted work that was done by the previous owners of our home, permitted and approved. He stepped in and quickly, completed his inspections and drafted plans for us. He did a great job communicating with us throughout the project as well. He helped make what I expected to be a difficult process so much smoother and stress free.

I needed an "on site" opinion about whether or not I could remove a large chunk of concrete safely, and Ash came out and had some great ideas and input. Then after driving all the way out to my home, he didn't charge me any money even though we had agreed upon a price ahead of time! I'll definitely be hiring Ash in the future (and hopefully actually paying him).

Ash is a true professional. I approached Ash to help with a challenging remodel of our 1960â s home, and the removal of walls on our main floor. Ash was great! We have an older home and itâ s easy to think the worst, but he showed me the measurements and the accepted tolerance, as well as tips on how to improve it. No foundation work was really needed, and he told me what to look out for should it be needed in the future.

We were up against the clock and Ash and his team knocked it out of the park! On time, communicated exactly what we needed to do, and the report was perfect Would use them again and again!!
