We needed someone to come out and determine if a few of our walls are load bearing or not. Fortunately I could find this company and they were very responsive. They could schedule us quickly. Ash did a great job at figuring out everything and explaining it to us.

He was so thorough, addressing all of my issues and finding other issues that my home inspector didn't catch. Ashkan is awesome! There was a 30 mins delay from us, and he was very patiently waiting. He is also very professional. He did an exhaustive load bearing examination for the two posts to be removed. He gave honest and professional opinion after that.

FEI customer service reached to the same day I requested an estimate and schedule someone to come on the same day as well. The engineer they sent, Ashkan is the best engineer and professional I have worked with. He came in to evaluate the process for the removal of a load bearing wall. He took time to understand all phases of my remodeling project, meet the requirements answer any questions I had, explained all possible solutions I had and helped me figured out the best one in terms of efficiency and cost. He then delivered a detailed plan for my contractor in a very timely manner so I can move on quickly to the next phase of my remodeling project. Thanks again for everything Ashkan.
