I worked with Ash, heâ s a good guy, very thorough. He helped us rush a job and got us what we needed, his price is a bit of a sticker shock, after working with him, I would gladly pay his price every time! Very nice, communication is good, heâ s professional, all around good person.

Inspection performed based on visuals and assumptions only. We ended at the same point we were before the inspection, just 400 dlls poorer.

I hired Ashkan to complete the Structural verification report that is required by the city of Austin in order to issue the express permit to begin the rebuild of my house. It was struck by lightning, resulting in extensive fire damage. Ash was super responsive and got me on his schedule quickly. I also have very likely benefited from our discussion after his inspection, so that I can get more money from the insurance company to make sure the rebuild of my house is done correctly. I am just at the beginning of what will likely be a long and arduous process. I imagine I will have to call on Ashkan for his expertise again as we move through the rebuild and I make changes to the interior to make it more open concept, etc.

Ash was professional and provided excellent customer service. He responded quickly to my initial outreach through Angi and set-up an appointment to provide an on-site inspection. He arrived on time and listened carefully as I described the scope of my home remodel. He reviewed relevant documentation and walked through my home to better understand where the remodel might affect load bearing walls. He thoroughly explained why some aspects of the remodel were considered cosmetic. In addition, he gave me helpful insights on the City of Austinâ s permitting process. I received the completed Structural Engineering Report that same day. I would definitely recommend Foundation Engineering and Inspection LLC.

I needed a Structural Verification Report for an Austin permit to remove an interior wall for a kitchen remodel. I was able to schedule the appointment within a few days. Ash showed up as scheduled, analyzed the structure and emailed the completed, stamped report the next day. I will definitely use Ash in my next project.
