+ -1 moreFortress advised me the door knob should be covered under warranty due to the brand of the lock (Baldwin). We had them out to verify the part would be covered with no discussion of any charges. When he arrived, he discovered it would not be covered but immediately started to repair the current door knob. The "fix" involved rigging it where you have to pop it back in whenever it comes out. We paid for a temporary fix basically that resulted in the door knob eventually breaking from the required popping back in place all the time. I'm sure the intentions were good but it's more about the results....out money and a broken door knob
