Description of Work: Bought and installed carpet in one room. Installer did a poor job the first time around - gaps in doorways, wavy around baseboards. Scratched baseboards. Had a "tech" come by and try to fix the issues. most of the time the answer is "the floor is not level, we cannot do anything". Competitive price, and somewhat responsive. I would pay and wait a bit more to get a highly rated installer.

+ -1 moreThe installation of the tile and threshold went well and was done in the time frame given to me by Floor King. The price was identical to the proposal. I did have trouble contacting the salesperson during the installation to resolve issues I had with the color of the threshold and the epoxy grout.
Description of Work: Floor King sold and installed the tile in our kitchen remodel and replaced wood thresholds between the tile and existing hardwood floor. The tile was 18 inches square and laid on the diagonal.

+ -1 moreThey came out and took photos of the stains and damage. They reported to the insurance company about the damage. They gave us a great price on a great product, and they did a wonderful job installing it. The sales rep was also extremely helpful.
Description of Work: There had been a leak in the foundation. We made an insurance claim to replace the flooring in the hallways, living room, and family room.
