Description of Work: This company was hired by the City of Round Rock to install concrete fences. They hit a water main on the corner of my property, their negligence caused flood damages that they then refused to help repair. The water knocked a fence over and washed out my deck supports, and was documented by many people at the time it happened. The damages weren't that costly, yet they refused to take any responsibility for their own negligence. The Owner, Yuda Doliner, didn't even come out to see the damages until a month had passed.
