Description of Work: I have used Faught Service for over 10 years, for my residence and for the 12 units at my office building. They have been OUTSTANDING....fair price, prompt and knowledgeable techs. | |I had a problem with my home a/c and let a friend talk me into using the company he worked for...BIG MISTAKE!! They wanted to replace my whole system AND duct work, for $20,000. They agreed that a valve could be replaced to get me up and running, for $700. When their tech arrived, he said the part would not work, because my unit had been modified and we would have to replace the whole unit. |Called Bonnie Faught and they sent Mark out...he diagnosed the problem, had the right part (and adapter) in his truck and $ 800 and 3 hours later, my a/c was blowing colder than it has in YEARS!! When you find something that works, STICK WITH IT...Faught Service Company..
