It's like adding a good financial planner for free. He has a vast network of loan originator banks and services which allow him to provide you with a competitive loan. He is also ready to provide a referral to any of a number of related financial service professionals if appropriate. His staff helped my house purchase closing to proceed smoothly. There were no unexpected fees at closing.
