+ 9 moreThe remodeling for both homes consist of general remodel and repair, construction, tiling and porcelain tiling , painting, re-roofing, cabinet installation and wood floor installation. They raised my ceiling, sprayed my deck and refinished it, built a fence, replaced and painted doors and also sent a water heater. The project is costing me about $20,000. There is not one thing that he cannot do and I would highly recommend him. I think he is the best contractor I have ever come in contact with I feel very lucky to have found him. He is very honest, neat and cleans up everyday before he leaves. The tools are always set out very neatly and his employees are excellent. He demands quality performance from the people he hires and that makes me feel good about the workers, and also has an excellent team working there right now. He is extremely talented and he will even guide you in a direction, so when the final product is finished, it will be better than what you saw and you would be happier with it.
Description of Work: I used Faci’s Home Remodeling & Repair in October to remodel my home. They are currently remodeling another home and started on the 1st of April and have another 2 or 3 weeks to finish.
