They showed up on time and did good work.

The electricians were at my front door at exactly 7:30 as promised and went right to work. I was weary that they would work at a slow pace since the company bills by the hour however this was not the case. Jimmy, the electrician, was unable to install the ceiling fan due to a broken fan brace so he recommended I go to Home Depot sometime to get a new one. He told me he could go get one although the meter would be running. He gave me his cell phone number in the event I had questions while I was at Home Depot, I appreciated that. The entire service call lasted one hour to which I was very pleased. Rocky, the plumber, came to replace the shower spout, it took him all of 5 minutes. Since they have left, everything is working in perfect fashion. Thank you Expert Service.

It was a bit of a slow start getting in touch and arranging the appointment, but I did use one of the Angie's List Big Deals, and they were swamped. Past that, they were prompt and professional, very nice, and did a good job. They did not make a mess in the process, and when I did find a few trash bags upon return home, I emailed them asking about it and received an apology and quick removal of the material - it had been forgotten, but was quickly taken care of. I not only have no hesitation about recommending them, but am planning to use their services again myself in the near future.

Sub contracted company service tech came to determine problem, but could not do work alone. waited 30 minutes for helper to come. took one and half hours to finish job after helper arrived. Neither of these people actually worked for the company I called listed above with Angie's List. Expert Service, Inc. should let the customer know if they are going to send a subcontractor, especially if the sub expects payment to be made to them and not to Expert Service who is the person I thought I was hiring. I should be up to Expert to pay their sub contractors, not me.

Two guys showed up with the wrong tools for digging a hole to install a 10' pole into the ground 2 feet. They did not set the poles to the same depth and had to use our tools to complete the job, it took them 5 hours. After watching other workers in the neighborhood dig holes, they use post hole diggers. We know with the right tools for the job, it would not take as long.

I was very pleased. Josh arrived on time, was very friendly but also very professional and got right into the list. He finished in a very acceptable amount of time and cleaned up before he left. I will definitely use this company again and I will request Josh.

Everything went fine. Paul was responsive by both email and phone. Josh did great work, just as I had asked, and very quickly. Both were polite and pleasant. The amount paid for the work done was a great value. I would definitely use them again.

They were very professional. They came when they said they would and continued til complete. The results were very good and I would recommend them.

He will be returning again this week to fix a board in our deck. They are very organized and on target with the job at hand. They kept me in the loop and involved with color choices for the house. They provided good, quality workers at all times who knew what they were doing. People loved our house before but think it looks better. 2 years later things are holding up very nicely. Expert Service was able to find a solution that worked long term for the major damage and divots that were cut out of our wood and find stain that matched what did not have to be replaced. We were happy as well as our insurance company. Their carpenter, Beau, was very, very good and did a great job on the custom wood work.

Needed follow-up adjustment. handyman came promptly. Workmanship and service is good.

They were great and I have no complaints. Their workmanship is great.

Did all the windows. Also found a birds nest in the dryer vent and cleaned it out.

I contracted with Expert Service through an Angie's List Big Deal: $75 for 2 hours of handyman work. After confirming with Paul by phone that the jobs I had in mind could be done by his workers, I settled on 3 possible jobs: hanging a pot rack from the ceiling in my kitchen, replacing a light fixture in my breakfast room, and sealing a gap at the bottom of my front door where daylight and air came through spaces of about 1/2" on either side of the opening. When the worker, Rocky, arrived, he quickly installed the pot rack, and it has served well since he put it up. Then he turned to the front door; in hindsight, I wish now that I had chosen to have him replace the light fixture instead, but he showed no apprehension at tackling the problem with the door. He easily replaced a rubber gasket in the threshold, which helped but did not completely seal the opening around the door. Weather stripping in the door frame was in poor shape, but Rocky decided he could make it work by bending it to better fit the opening; this helped but still didn't completely fill the gap. Rocky then realized that the door latch didn't completely engage, allowing the door to blow open unless locked after being shut; thinking this might be the reason the weather stripping also didn't seal the opening well, he worked on the latch to make it engage better. After fixing the latch, though, he still hadn't solved the main problem. He worked diligently to seal the gaps on either side of the door, and he did reduce the size of them, but just seemed to have bitten off more than he could chew with this task; perhaps the weather stripping around the whole door just needs to be replaced, or I may need a larger kickplate (the one on the door now doesn't reach all the way to the edges of the door, coming up about an inch short on each side). I give him an "A" for effort, but I think he should have assessed the job a little better before diving into it without a clear plan for solving the problem. I am pleased with the work done on my pot rack; it is perfectly level, and appears to be holding the weight of my 8 substantial (All-Clad) pans with no damage to the ceiling. But given that the other part of the job didn't really go as hoped, it seems I paid $75 for the pot rack installation alone. I would use Expert Services again, but would make sure to clearly define all aspects of the job before allowing the work to begin.

It turned out just fine. The first time I dealt with them is when Angie?s? List was running a special deal on them. They did a good job, so I called them back. They came when they said they would. I was pleased.

He did a perfect job. We talked about doing more work in the future. He was extremely nice and was knowledgeable about houses that were made like mine. I wanted him to arrive at 8:00, but he didn't arrive until 11:00 since he was coming from out of town and wasn't informed of the time. I was concerned about him working in the blazing heat, but he still did a good job despite the weather conditions. The office receptionists are very charming.

The work performed was great, getting the appt. was the nightmare. They forgot to put me on the schedule the first time around and then when they worked me in the guy resceduled twice. When they finally did show up I have to say the workmanship was wonderful. I needed more work done so I thought the appt thing was a one-time error and thought I would call again. I called on 8/16, they said great they would send someone that week and I am still waiting to hear from someone.

They were excellent. They were focused and efficient and were able to get a lot done in the two hours. After the company left the office called to see if I was satisified and I was very pleased. I was very impressed with them. You got the quality of the work as if I was paying full price. I got great work at a cut rate price and will use them again regardless.

I can't say enough good things about this business. Paul and Beaux were absolute professionals from beginning to end. Work took around 4 hours, at which time I was slightly overcharged, as I had a coupon. Well, Paul & team were quick to help resolve the matter - calling me twice and emailing several times. Got the refund check two days later. My wife and I LOVE the work they did, and their prices can't be beat. You can be sure I'll be using them in the future for handyman work.

GREAT! Paul was very responsive via e-mail. Josh was the guy who came out to the house. He showed up exactly on-time (even gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was on the way). Did all the odd jobs that I needed completed and even gave me some good advice on some of the light fixtures. He was very personable and nice. I'll definitely have him come out again (by request).
