We used this service to decorate for my daughters wedding. They were very useful and courteous. They were able to hang decorations high on ceilings.

Very smoothly. Paul Carapetyan was good about letting me know the time and cost estimate and about scheduling. It turned out that I had to reschedule, and Josh was very accommodating. The front door handle and lock were old and malfunctioning - Josh installed new hardware and repaired the latching mechanism so that door shuts tightly. The safety gate at the top of the stairs had to be anchored into the wall and is quite secure. He additionally inspected the back deck and gave me recommendations for minor repairs that would eliminate the need to make larger replacements. The sliding glass door lock that I had wanted to install would not fit, but Josh again made recommendations for inexpensive solutions. I will definitely call Expert Services next time I need major repairs or handyman work.

Paul asked me to email photos, which I did, then we set up an appointment for him to come see the house in person for a quote. He took more photographs, and said he would email me that week with an estimate. When I did not hear from him, I emailed the following Monday to let him know I was eager to begin the project, with no reply. I emailed again on Wednesday, to which he responded with an apology and that he would get back with me on a quote/start date the next day. Never heard back. He was very nice and professional in person, and I am very disappointed that my project was not a priority.

We like them a lot. He subcontracted that, he didn't do it himself. This guy rebuilt our decks and did some minor stuff inside. He is very professional. The people come when they are supposed to do. They do a good job. If anything I don't like they will come back and fix. The price is like everybody else. We would use this provider again in the future.

I was being sued by my neighbor for fence damage and I needed an estimate for the damages. I sent these guys a picture of the damage, and asked for an estimate, with the understanding that no work would actually be done. I just needed estimates for the court. Even though there was nothing to be gained by helping me, they still took time to look at the damage and send me a quote. I asked quite a few repairmen for an estimate, and most just ignored me. But they helped me out even when they had nothing to gain. I think that says a lot about someone.

Everything went extremely well. The team of 2 was aware and responsive to even the smallest details, such as matching the damaged trim of the attic entrance.

Technician was prompt and was professional. He took care of repair and now light works perfectly

Josh was terrific! All this work may seem like minutiae but it was wonderful getting so much completed in a relatively short amount of time. I will definitely use the provider again and it would be great if Josh could do the follow-up what is needed.

Josh, the repairman, was very knowledgeable, good natured and efficient. He arrived precisely on time and fixed everything on a long and varied handyman list in three hours time. We were very pleased with his work.

Excellent company! There was one moment of misunderstanding but Paul was very reasonable. They did a great job - exceeded my expectations.

The service itself was good, but I had made an appointment for the service on a day and they didn't show up. They did give me a discount for the inconvenience.

This company does several things and we hired them to work on our sunroom roof that was leaking and to paint all of our interior doors. They believed the leak was due to gutters never having been cleaned by the previous owners and also some seams needed better sealing. They performed the services as requested. The painting turned out very well. It sometimes just takes a little paint to spruce things up.

He has done work for me over the years. I didn’t use him this time because I needed to go through a branded store to put in new cabinets and have them installed it; but he does a quality work. He is very reliable. His price is reasonable. He is very professional and personable. He has become a personal friend because I have used him over the years periodically.

After reaching out via email, I received a response from Paul, the owner, within 24 hours. After a brief discussion of the repair work needed, he asked if I happened to have a photo of the area needing the repair. I sent a photo and was provided with a recommendation for repair and an estimate. After some discussion, I decided to move forward with a more costly option, and was provided with a revised estimate. The work was scheduled to begin the following Monday at 9 am. On Monday, I received a call from the repairman at 9:30 am, indicating there had been a miscommunication and he had been sent to the wrong job site but would be there within a half hour. He showed up soon thereafter and began work. He was not able to complete the repairs that day, as it became a "two man" job. We scheduled time later that week for him to return. Work was completed as agreed upon.

After reading Angie's List reviews, we called Expert Services for help with an air leak in the microwave ventilation system. Neither the microwave nor the vent had a baffle. Josh installed the wall baffle and the leak has subsided. We'd ordered the interior baffle for the microwave itself, but he did not feel it was necessary to install it. The second visit was to replace light fixtures and begin exterior caulking. The third visit was to hang 2 fans and complete exterior caulking. The caulking remains unfinished because he was sick that day and needed to go home. We had to request itemized statements, and were surprised to find that there is a $40 charge to come to Sun City. Being new to SC, we did not realize we should've asked about extra travel fees. Josh is very personable and willing to satisfy his clients' needs..

Paul Carapetian is the owner of this company and he has many excellent contractors working for him. I met him at a meeting of the remodelers' professional group here in Austin. He impressed me as ethical and intelligent. He certainly lived up to all my expectations. He completed this work over several years--one project at a time. Each job was done perfectly and within the cost estimate he gave me. He is cooperative and willing to work to solve any problems that come up. I recommend him highly.

We had a leaky shower and the source was hard to isolate. We'd had other plumbers/handymen services out to troubleshoot without success. Expert Service's representative was courteous, professional, thorough and, most importantly, successful in finding and fixing the problem. He spent a lot of time and care making sure he got it right. I'd definitely recommend them again.

Overall, good experience. Spoke to Courtney, who did a good job getting back with me when I asked for a quote. Also, gave me her email address, so I could either take pictures so they had an idea what I was talking about before coming over if I felt that would be a better option for me. In any case, their electrician came by, called me back and gave me an estimate. We did feel that the quote was a little high and asked for a discount, which he did, though not much, but better than nothing! Anyway, in general, they did an excellent job, we liked them and will use them again in the future if we need to.

Overall everything went very well. I found this contractor on Angie's list, and emailed my request. Got a prompt and clear response back. The handyman came out a few days later - he came by 10 minutes earlier, was very polite and did a great job in a timely manner. I would definitely use their services in the future.

All of the work was carried out by Josh. He was excellent. He arrived promptly (on several visits) worked efficiently and thoughtfully. He discussed any potential problems or options in advance, and came up with good solutions to resolve a couple of minor issues (like how to hang a drying rack from the ceiling) He was friendly and reliable to have carrying out this work.

While I had our garden hose attached to the outdoor faucet, the faucet broke and would not completely turn off. Thankfully the hose was connected and we could contain the problem until the handyman arrived. I normally do this type of work myself but I couldn't afford the time, so I had my wife setup the appointment. Positives: The fellow who arrived was very polite and professional. He fixed the faucet in a timely manner. Negatives: He charged me an hourly rate which was fine, however, the hourly rate was $95. That is part my fault for not having my wife first get a quote. He also replaced the faucet with a boiler release valve (without telling me first) and justified it by explaining that it will last longer because the moving parts don't turn as much. I can appreciate that and it's not a major issue, but he should have told me beforehand. So overall it was a decent experience, I only wish 1) it didn't cost as much as it did and 2) I was talked to beforehand about what was going back on the faucet.

Excellent. They were so nice, and Paul the owner called me back and discussed the options, time frame, etc. And during the conversation he asked several questions which lead him to explain that my door knob/lock had been damaged due to more than likely a potential break in, which made sense since we had our tv stolen from our outdoor patio the same week. The repair man was right on time, very nice, did what he could to repair but had to be replaced. Excellent company!
