Very impressed, very pleased.
Description of Work: Garage ceiling needed repair after water damage in upstairs bathroom caused partial collapse of ceiling below. Expert Services replaced insulation and replaced drywall for one-fourth of the garage ceiling area--arrangements and cost quote were done quickly and work performed in a very professional manner. The result is better than expected (Good As New).

Response from Expert Service Inc
(removed member name) called our office August 26 inquiring if we could help with removing and replacing faucets, installing a shower door, and a few other things. We arrived at a budget, which was higher than what she expected. She purchased a special package from Angie’s List for our labor and we had agreed she would contact us when she had purchased her faucets and other supplies. This was through seven email exchanges. We had not heard that she is no longer interested in our services until we received this nice review. We’re sorry to have lost (removed member name) but we’re happy she has found a satisfactory arrangement with another firm.

It went well.
Description of Work: I recently had some fence work done by Expert Service, Paul Carapetryan, and I couldn’t have been more pleased. They came to view the problems, gave a bid that day and were working on the fence by the next day. It took just a few days to fix an old fence which is now much sturdier and will last a few more years because of the expert work performed. Rates were more than reasonable. I will certainly call Expert Service again.

Description of Work: I was interested in this week's "big deal" for the handyman service. Because I live 25 miles outside Austin, I wanted to make sure that my city was within his service area. Earlier this week, I emailed him and attempted to contact him via telephone. He did not respond. Needless to say, he will also not be getting any of my business.

It was good because they recommended that I go about the job a different way. If I used a container store that did walk-in closets, I could get the job done more economically.

They were very professional. They are not cheap but they do high-quality work. They also stick very close to the estimate that they provide. Another thing that they are really good at is scheduling around your schedule. I'm using them now for some other work.
Description of Work: My door was kicked in and Expert Service came out and fixed it for us. They had to replace the jam, parts needed to be matched, painting needed to be done, etc.
