Description of Work: I have used Lynn Unflat. She is with Ethan Allen. She just helped us redesign our family room and breakfast area. She did that this summer from June till August.

 + -1 moreWe've been looking for a long time for a new leather couch and have hit many of the store in Austin- Ethan Allen was not high on our list to look. From our first visit though we had a good experience- the salespeople were friendly but not too pushy and didn't follow us around the store when we just wanted to browse. When we did need help they were knowledgeable and friendly. Gave us recommendations on colors, textures, custom ordering vs stock, and the timing each would take. Also helped with decoration ideas even though we didn't buy any additional stuff from them. We dealt with Anna but I think all salespeople have been in the business for a long time so they know what they are talking about. Delivery was on time and the guys worked with me on placement, thank goodness since it's a sleeper sofa and it would be difficult for me to move alone.
