+ -1 morepreviously showed 5 starts on angie's list, so chose them for the work, but service was poor, quality was poor and price was expensive. i think this small time owner is near retirement. you're best off trying someone else.

irrigation systems, gas leak repair
+ 0 moreI thought this company was very reliable and did a good job fixing everything. They also were careful not to damage the yard at all. After both projects were done, the workers did a good job cleaning up the areas. I did think that they were a little expensive.
Description of Work: I had them fix a small break in my sprinkler system line. They also fixed the gas line shut off valve in my basement. The sprinkler leak did involve them replacing a two foot section of piping. For the shut off valve problem, they had to install a new one.

water heater repair
+ -1 moreMR. TITO ESTRADA WAS VERY POLITE AND HAS REASONABLE PRICES. HE IS A VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE TECHNICIAN AND I WILL DeFINITELY USE HIS SERVICES AGAIN.
Description of Work: FLUSHED WATER HEATER OUT. CALCIUM BUILT UP IN LINE WOULD NOT ALLOW HOT AIR TO GO THROUGH FURNACE.
