I could not be more pleased. All of the physical therapists I interacted with provided what I feel was excellent service. The facility is clean and well-equipped. They have a warm saltwater pool large enough to swim a few strokes in. But their biggest asset is the people who provide the services. Since my insurance was paying all except a small co-pay, I have no idea how prices compare. But the service was the best!

I cannot recommend Ergo Wellness enough. I began my physical therapy walking with a cane following total hip replacement surgery and I and quot;graduatedand quot; on June 2. I now walk without a cane, without pain and without a limp. I had 2 special problems besides the usual post-surgery issues: (1) a muscle in my thigh and the nerve attached to it weren't responding so I couldn't lift my surgical leg and (2) I have keloids (excessive scar buildup) and there was concern that I might develop adhesions. My physical therapist analyzed the problems and formulated a plan to deal with both issues. She and the PT technicians were wonderful. Between massage therapy and targeted exercises, my outcome has been great. I also want to compliment the administrative staff for their professionalism and courtesy. It was easy to schedule my appointments at the times I needed them. There was no wait time for the sessions and the equipment was just what I needed. Going a step further, their office is easy to get to and I never had a problem getting a parking space. Hip replacement surgery isn't fun but my physical therapy gave me back my mobility. I would recommend Ergo Wellness to everyone.

EXECELENT FACILITY AND STAFF. MY THERAPIST GRETCHAN WAS SUPER AND HER ATTITUDE WAS IM GONNA HELP YOU WHICH SHE DID. BEING I HAD SPINE PAIN AND PROBLEMS SHE WAS VERY CAREFUL WITH MY BACK WHICH I HAVE FOUND TO BE NOT THE CASE WITH MEDICAL STAFF IN GENERAL. I HAVE ANXEITY PROBLEMS AND SHE WAS ALWAYS PROVIDING ME WITH A FAN TO HELP CALM ME. SHE WORKED ON MY LEG TO HELP IT RELAX AND GET THE LEG STRAIGHT AND IT WORKED. I HAVE FELT BETTER UNDER HER CARE SHE ALWAYS WAS ENCOURAGING. THERE WERE A FEW TIMES SHE WASNT THERE AND ANY OF THE THERAPIST TREATED ME WITH MUCH CARE AND I LOVE EM FOR ALL THERE TLC. THE OWNER NEEDS TO BE PRAISED FOR PUTTING TOGETHER A WONDERFUL STAFF AS SHE HAS. MANY THANKS TO ERGO FOR BEING THERE WHEN I NEEDED HELP.

They do a good job. When I leave, I always feel better than I walked in. They get results and the people are friendly.

I took the rehabilitation therapy. They have a very nice office environment. I never had to wait there and they are very punctual.

It went so well!! I dislocated my knee and my doctor placed me in an immoblizier from mid thigh to mid calf. My doctor wouldn't let me do any work on my own the therapists had to help me do everything untill my doctor cleared me. I had the hardest time and they were the sweetest ever. Once my doctor cleared me to do more work they helped me tremendously. I could get in the pool and they would help me strenghten not only the muscles surrounding my injury but also my core so that this injury would't happen. Then once I was strong enough to be out of my brace for longer I would do even harder stuff. They gave me tons of advice and assistance on what to do at home that would work out my body even better. At the end of my time they all said good by and they even gave me an ErgoWellness T-shirt that I proudly wear! I can only think of a few dos, and don'ts .. IF you schedule an appointment be sure to bring clothes that you can work out in and good shoes. If you get thirsty they have a water jug but if you want your own feel free to do so. If you are scheduled to go to the pool bring your own towel. Appointments go fast so the earlier you book the better. If you want to know who to see ask Lynn at your first evaluation and she'll give you a list. Only one therapist made me nervous and it was that she seemed to not like the fact that I was overweight and she worked me harder than anyone else but other than her there isn't anyone that I wouldn't see!

The therapist's name is Lynn Jackson. She is the principal therapist. They provide physical therapy and wellness services.

My neurosurgeon and Ms. Jackson working together have helped me reduce my pain dramatically, by 80%. My pain is now occasional rather than constant. I had been to previous neurological surgeons and physical therapists and they told me there wasn't any hope for my case: I would probably end up being crippled and wouldn't be able to walk. They had a whole different attitude. "We're here to help, to fix things and help you get better if we possibly can", and they absolutely did that. It was a night and day difference from other professionals I went to, who looked at x-rays and shook their head and told me this was something they couldn't handle. "You're resigned to a terrible future." These guys didn't think anything like that at all. It was a remarkable experience.
