EPW Services started in Spring, Tx of 2010. Family owned and operated EPW has grown into a second branch that covers Austin to San Marcos. Our teams are divided into two departments, our Re-pipe Division and our Service Division. Each department takes great pride in customer service and completing a job with minimum disruption to a family's home. EPW strives to do a better, more knowledgeable, job than any other company in order to finish a job efficiently and satisfactorly. Our techs are the reason we are a 5 Star Plumbing Company. These guys are great! From the first contact, great service as the TX disaster was ongoing and super efficient with scheduling and communicating status. They were so backed up and I am sure that lots of people were screaming and yelling but Lee, Kirsten and team were real pro's. I have already spoken to them about retro fitting some rentals once they are back on a normal schedule

I'm sorry that we did not get to have our consultation. We contacted you several times to confirm the appointment. I texted and called you. You did not respond nor call back. We can't afford to just drive over and hope someone is there. Offering our time for free is costly. Too many times, giving the benefit of the doubt, has resulted in a waste of our time.

I was very pleased with their work.
Description of Work: They installed a toilet, did the rough-in plumbing for my shower fixtures, the rough-in plumbing for my double vanity, and did the finishing application of my shower hardware.
