Description of Work: Energy One replaced all of the original single-pane windows in our 1951 ranch house. All of Energy One's staff were professional, timely and friendly. The installation was quicker than promised and the quality of the work was excellent. The house is quieter and performing better from an energy standpoint. We are quite happy with our choice.

Description of Work: Energy One installed wonderful, high-grade windows in my house in record time. After waiting for the window order to come for about a month, the service techs had them all installed in less than 8 hours. We have had the windows for about two months and have noticed a significant reduction in our electricity bill over the two months. I would highly recommend Energy One for replacement windows.

Description of Work: Every person we met or spoke to from this company was very competent, knowledgable, and always professional and prompt. The product are high-end, triple-pain windows. The initial sales pitch was a bit much, but in the end we couldn't have been more pleased with this major upgrade on our home.

Description of Work: We have an 18-yr-old home in Central Texas and had 12 original double-pane single-hung aluminum windows (8 of which face west). A few years after purchasing our home, we looked at options for adding tinted film to the west-facing windows in order to a) reduce heat gain and b) allow us to replace the dark solar screens with less visible screens. After going through recent winters where cold air was noticeably passing through a couple of these windows, we began to look at options for replacement windows in order to establish a better-insulated home. After interviewing four companies, we selected Energy One due to positive referrals, the quality of their window product, their professionalism, and their ability to provide us with windows which closely resembled the color and style of the original windows. On the day our replacement windows were installed, the installation team arrived early in the day and worked diligently throughout the day in order to complete their work in one day. The installation team was courteous, polite, professional, and thorough (including clean-up). In the 3 weeks or so since our new windows were installed, we've noticed an immediate reduction in outside noise, and during a cold windy day within the past 2 weeks in particular, we noticed the absence of cold air seeping in due to the strong winds outside. It's too early to evaluate our new windows' performance during extreme cold or hot weather, but we look forward to seeing how our windows perform during the coming winter months (not to mention during next summer's heat). | |

+ -1 moreI really like them and the guy that came in the house and did the work and lead the crew was very good. They came and did it all in one day. They also cleaned up everything really well. They also had to take some bars out without any extra cost. I was very pleased with them and they were very great job.

+ -1 moreThe entire process went extremely well. We are vdery pleased with the final product. The installers were personally pleasant, punctual, and very competent. They cleaned up all the debris and both removed and re-installed all the blinds because I was recovering from hip-replacement surgery and could not have done it myself. Definitely recommend Energy One.
Description of Work: Replace all existing windows in our home with double hung triple pane vinyl windows which they manufacture. Also replaced our sliding glass door.

+ 0 moreThe installation went very smoothly. Installers knew what they were doing. Everything done was as outlined by the sales rep. The cleanup was not perfect inside my house but they left the yard perfectly clean. A lot of interior cleanup was done, but not completely. The only other issue was lack of communication concerning when and what time the installers would return to install a door that had been ordered incorrectly. I had to call and ask. I am excited about the high quality of the windows and that I will be saving on my energy bill.
Description of Work: Energy One replaced 21 windows and three sliding doors. This included 2 octagonal windows and a custom size 3-panel sliding door.

It didn't feel like your typical seller-buyer relationship where you worry if you did the right thing. I know I chose the right product and company. No one likes to tear into their home or spend money, but they made this scary task easy and painless. I HIGHLY recommend them!
