Pella French Doors - 95% great job, fits well, no water leaks - outstanding 2 problems are that a) I cannot lock the doors. The latches do not align. b) they accidentally severed an electrical wire in the wall next to the door to the outdoor light. Sliding Doors - 95% great job, no water leaks - outstanding problem is that I can hardly close or open or use the sliding screen doors since the center top on both are sagging, making the door openings not tall enough for the screens to slide. Floorboard replacement - good Removal of old deck wall - related to outstanding electrical problem. Siding and Deck repair - good. I tried to correct the sliding doors myself a few times. I tried to correct the french door locking myself. I had to have 3 different electricians confirm the electric problem. Since I wanted to "save up" the outstanding and non-urgent issues into one efficient "batch" to make his trip efficient, and also determine the facts for the electrical problem, I waited a year to notify Enabler.
