It was obvious she had done this before. When it came time for me to fly to Austin to check out the property, she called on one of her contacts to arrange a home inspection on my schedule and she was even able to recommend a comfortable hotel in the area. The mortgage broker she recommended was able to offer a very competitive rate and actually beat out our offer from USAA (which was a shocker for us). Overall the process was very smooth and we closed quickly and without incident. There was a small snafu when we finally arrived to our newly purchased home but that was the fault of the seller/seller's agent and even though the transaction had technically closed and Elizabeth didn't really have to be involved anymore, she stepped in right away and made it right. I appreciate all the hard work she put in for us and I want everyone to know she went above and beyond the call of duty more than once. You will not regret having her as your realtor and if I ever need to buy or sell a home again, you can bet she will be the only person to handle the job.
