Their prices were at least competitive with other places, but the quality of their work stood out the most, as they give you references of other people who have used them.
Description of Work: They performed a complete roof job.

+ 4 moreBob Christensen (co-owner) was on the job site and did a lot of the work himself in addition checking the quality of others work. Mike was also available to assist Bob as needed. Bob kept us informed and even worked some weekends to stay on schedule. Bob and Mike also disposed of some other debris that we had from an ongoing landscape project. The quality of the workmanship is excellent. The only delays encountered were due to weather and the supplier not having a few railing parts available. We were kept informed of any delays. Bob stopped by with a skid steer loader that he had rented for another job and moved some dirt that we had been moving by hand.
Description of Work: Our house was built in 1984. It is a raised ranch with a walkout basement. The exterior of the house was due painting and replacement of some trim boards. The 10' X 12' deck (9' above grade) and stairs to ground level from the deck were original to the house and needed complete replacement. Elite Exteriors removed and disposed of the old deck. They painted the entire house and replaced trim boards as needed. They also painted an 8' X 16' shed to match the house. They built a 10' X 12' deck with a landing 4' X 9' and stairs to ground level out of TREX decking. They replaced weather stripping on two exterior doors. They replaced flashing on a roof vent that was starting to leak. They built a new ramp out of TREX decking to the entrance of the storage shed. They repaired the doors on the storage shed. They replaced the clothes dryer vent.
