Elephant Moving & Storage

I purchased a treadmill from NordicTrack/iconfitness. They arranged for Elephant Moving and Storage in Austin, TX to handle the "white glove in-home delivery" which included assembly. It was anything BUT white glove. They damaged my walls and wood floor trying to get it in to the room. I brought it to the attention of the delivery guys, they took pictures of it (as did I) and gave me info on who to contact to file a claim. However, this company has yet to handle the claim I filed. The damage occurred 2/8/17 and to date (8/7/17), they still have not settled this claim. After numerous emails, and letters to the Claims Dept,, now the company isn't even responding to me at all! I understand that damage can happen. But not making an effort to make this right is unacceptable. Even though I didn't pay THEM for the delivery, I DID pay Nordic and have notified them of the shoddy service I received and continue to receive by Elephant not responding to this claim. I will NEVER use this company again and if I order from another company who then uses them as the delivery agent, I will refuse to purchase the item. I've also told everyone I know not to contract with this moving and storage company.

I had a bad experience. Not everything I rented through the Green Cube website arrived on the delivery date (I had requested a "Eco-Friendly Moving Supply Package" that never showed up). The boxes/crates were incredibly dirty (mud, dust, dead bugs, dirt, etc.). Lastly, they gave me a 2-hr window for pick-up (10am-12pm) and did not arrive until after 2:30pm.

You have to track your product because they dont call you for delivery. They set a delivery time,showed up without the product and then waited for me to call them to schedule a new delivery time. They have yet to show up. We are considering getting our money back from distributor for lack of delivery service

They were good. They were very courteous, very helpful, and pretty much willing to do whatever I told them to do. They had a good price and it was definitely competitive. I had a bunch of calls from different companies. I called them and the person I spoke with was very helpful. While I was speaking with the person, she made me feel at ease and was willing to answer all my questions. I felt comfortable so I just went with them. I only hired them for the heavy stuff. There wasn’t a lot, it was just a few items. They loaded my things up and went over to the new place, unloaded, and asked me where to put it. They were kind enough to put my things exactly to where I needed them to be. I had given them a list of specific items and they actually wound up doing more than what I had specified. It was a big truck so we didn’t have to worry about space. They were on time, fast, and showed great care in the furniture and how to handle it. I didn’t have any problems with them. They did keep their price with everybody else.
