Einstein Moving Company

Used Einstein Movers for my 2nd move, and will keep using them as long as they're in business and I’m in the area. Great attitude, easy to communicate with and these guys work QUICK! This time around they slightly damaged my fridge, purely cosmetically. The supervisor knocked off a fair percentage off my total and promised to put me in touch with his manager to get it fixed. Sure enough next day I heard from Paul, and no questions asked, no grief, no shifting blame, nothing; he just wanted to make it right. They ordered new doors and had them installed free of charge. Kept in touch with me the whole time too. The day of the move, everything they moved was well-protected. They took care to pad the doorframes and protect my floors. They honestly treated my stuff better than I treat it myself! Really great company, wouldn't consider ANYONE else for my next move and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them!

These guys cam e to please. Very conscientious and careful. no wasted time. We bought them breakfast. They waited til they had completed the job to take the Tacos. We packed and moved most of the breakables and small items ourselves, so no small boxes or fragile items. We moved out of a two story condo with steep stairs and sharp hall turns; no wall nicks, stair scratches etc. This is our second time using them and we highly recommend them for quality and price.

Their communication was prompt and consistent and they always answered the phone or called back right away. They over estimated the cost, however, which I am sure is a good thing in the end, but might take away from business if people just look at their estimate and compare it to other companies. The move wound up costing way less due to the hustle, how much we packed before hand, the fact that we were packing and moving some things ourselves, and our friends gave us boxes and packing materials. I wound up paying half of the original estimate. The guys were really fast and friendly, and careful with all our junk. And honestly, most of it is junk. It's funny to see your junk wrapped up carefully and packed carefully when it is just junk! They two movers didn't even say a word when they found a condom (not used, sadly) under one of our couches. Haha, thanks for your discretion! Overall, I had a great experience with them, and would totally use Einstein Moving Company again. I highly recommend.

Just fine. They were on time and worked hard the whole time. Care was given to all my furniture. It was a hard move due to multiple storage units and our apartment was on the second floor of an apartment building and everything had to be carried a long way to be loaded onto the truck. It took them 10 hours.

Movers came a little earlier than planed, but were very professional and courteous. I had most of our things already packed in boxes, so the move went very quickly. The movers did an excellent job wrapping my furniture and moving it to and out of the truck. If anything, it was overly protected given most of it is from Ikea. We had to disassemble one of the larger shelves to survive the move, but that's because Ikea. Movers got everything out quickly, and unwrapped the furniture, moving everything to the right rooms as directed. With some preparation (packing & labeling myself), the cost ended up below the estimate I was given, which itself was below what previous moves had cost. I am very happy with the whole process. I've moved four times in my adult life, and this is by far the best moving experience I've had.

The move was great. This is the second time we used Einstein and we had a great experience with both moves. They were on time, very polite, took great care with all of the items that were moved, and were very professional in all aspects of the move. I was very impressed at how fast they moved my folks, particularly since they charge by the hour. Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend them.

The move was excellent! The communication was excellent, they were on time, and very professional. The moving folks were very patient during the entire process. We had had to make some last minute changes due to the challenge of "downsizing". Our crew was very pleasant and very hard working. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend them.

Our movers - Tadd and Richard - couldn't have been better! They took great care with the furniture they moved, including disassembling beds at the condo and putting them back together at the house. Everything was carefully wrapped for the move, and placed where needed in the house. They were very patient with our requests to change the location of several pieces of furniture and boxes at the new house. After making seemingly liberal time reductions for arriving a few minutes late at the condo and a short break for lunch, they calculated the move time to be less than the pre-move estimate and charged us accordingly. We couldn't be happier with Einstein Moving, and will definitely use them for any future moves!!

A really good experience with Chris and Zane of Einstein Moving Company. They were extremely careful while still being efficient, they were very courteous, arrived on time and billed only for the time they were working. There were no unpleasant surprises and like other reviewers I was impressed with their communication and organization. I would happily recommend them for a trouble free move. They aren't the cheapest, but they're not the most expensive either, and they were much better than any moving company we've ever used.

They charged me like $450 or something. It went very well. It took longer than I thought though. The only thing that they did which I can't fault them for because they did a very good job is that they wrapped up all my belongings as if they were the most fragile things on earth and that was fine and some of my things are not that fragile. It did by the hour, ended up costing me more than I wanted to spend but they did do a very good job. The worker were very nice. Their responsiveness was an A plus, they were good at that. I would use them again.

This company runs like a well oiled machine! Their communication with customers is the best I've encountered. Our 2 man crew was so nice, professional, and helpful. Way to go.

The guys Matt and Justin arrived on time and they were nice, friendly and great. After initial walk through of what was to be moved, they got right to work. The move was done professionally and carefully. Everything went smoothly and in a timely manner. Everything was organized into the storage unit nicely. They made this move less stressful for me because of their professionalism and care. I was very happy with their service and friendly attitude. I highly recommend Einstein Moving.. And I would hire them again.

The company sent two men who showed up on-time, were extremely polite, and finished on-time. The price I was quoted was the actual final price. I also never heard one complaint when they had to carry everything up to my 3rd-floor walk-up. And I should mention it was Memorial Day and pouring rain outside. I've moved 5 times in about 5 years and they are the best company I have ever worked with. I couldn't have been more satisfied with their service.

They were awesome! They arrived on time, worked steadily and enthusiastically. They wrapped any furniture that was prone to scratching with blankets and bubblewrap.

Our movers, Matt, Cecil, Jeff, and Chase, showed up exactly at the time they said they would, and got right to work. They packed our entire kitchen, and moved us from one house to another in just one day. They were very professional, friendly, and reliable. They wrapped every single piece of furniture before loading them into the truck, to make sure each item was protected. They worked quickly and efficiently, and we did not have one damaged or scratched item in the process. We would HIGHLY recommend them, and use them again! GREAT company. A+++

I have used probably 6 or 7 different moving companies over the years. I almost always have a bad experience. Einstein was much different. They called me several times before the moving date to confirm our appointment. They showed up right on time. The movers were extremely friendly and worked hard all day. At first I was worried that they were being too careful by wrapping the furniture carefully when the furniture we have isn't that great to begin with but when I told them that we really didn't need it wrapped so carefully they just had me sign a required release form and then went on their way without wrapping everything but still did a great job protecting everything carefully. When everything was moved in the house they asked if we wanted anything put together or moved around the house. They were very polite to my whole family and I was very happy with their service.

They arrived on time and were friendly, thorough, and professional. We were very pleased. We had most everything already boxed and disassembled. They wrapped everything in blanketrs and then with plastic. We are able to keep it wrapped while in storage and they will refund the cost of each blanket at $12/each.....this cost is not in the $900 price above.

Our movers were Chris A and Chase. They were awesome. I received a call 15 minutes before they were to arrive at the storage unit to let me know they were about 15 minutes out. 5 minutes past the bottom of the hour, Chris called to confirm the location as there was some confusion created by his GPS. They arrived 10 minutes later. This was not a big deal to me because they proactively communicated. Each piece of furniture was inspected for damage and then wrapped. Damaged pieces were documented. (Note, other than furniture, I had prepacked everything else in boxes, so there were not loose items). The handling of our items was done with great care. They also wrapped doorways and corners with packing mats. Following a break for lunch, they unloaded all the items, inspecting each for damage. They assembled our master bed pretty quickly given there were no directions and quite a few pieces. The only thing missed was a beam put in backwards. They did ask me if everything looked ok and I overlooked this, so it's on me. Lastly, they called out damage in our stairway, which has a 90 degree turn. I noticed a small scrap on one of the walls, but Chris informed me of another on the adjacent wall. The damage will need a little dry wall patch (no larger than 1/2 inch). To have them be so forward about this is a testament to the integrity behind this company per my experience. All in all, it took 7.5 hrs with 30 minutes for lunch.

We had most of the packing done, but they disassembled and wrapped all the furniture, beds,etc, plus moved tons of our packed boxes. They also had on hand empty coffin boxes that we filled with extra stuff we didn't get around to packing. When we arrived at the house they unwrapped all the furniture, reassembled it and placed it where ever we want - even after we changed our minds a couple of times. Excellent service.

They did more than the price was. They were wonderful. They were very nice young men. They were very professional. They allowed enough time to move everything in two days.

What a frightening mess I was facing...moving a house and storage shed 50 miles away after living in one place for 25 years! I did all the right things in getting prepared for the move...packed boxes, moved valuables myself prior to the big move, got all the utilities turned on at the new house, etc. etc. The only thing left to do was find a moving company that was reliable, professional and REASONABLY PRICED. After calling 4 companies and reading review after review, I decided to use Einstein Moving Company. Why? Well, for starters, their quick, thorough and very reasonable quote made quite a statement. Then, unexpectedly (and very welcome), I was inundated with constant communications from the owners. They gave me awesome tips on how to prepare for the move date and made me feel that none of my dumb questions were dumb. I felt like I knew these guys personally although we'd met only via email. On moving day, Ryan Hughey and Justin Burton arrived exactly on time and were just...well...just awesome! These weren't just two guys off the street. They were so professional and friendly and helpful. No matter what they were asked to do, they jumped right in there and got it done. They wrapped every piece of furniture and, if needed, they even wrapped door frames. The move went smooth as silk with absolutely no scratches, dings, chips on anything...walls, doorways, furniture, floors...no damage anywhere. And not one thing arrived at my new house broken or dinged. To top it all off, they did the move in less time than I had planned on, so I ended up paying less than anticipated (which allowed me to give Ryan and Justin a well-deserved generous tip!)! All I can say is these guys are the best out there if you are really wanting professionalism, awesome customer service, and good price. I will be forever grateful for their genuine caring and kindness during this stressful time. YOU ROCK, EINSTEIN!!!
