Guys were very quick to reply to messages and phone calls. Always professional too. On day of the move, they arrived on time, received minimal instructions, and promptly got to work. They wrapped all my furniture VERY securely and considering how fast they worked, NOTHING was broken or damaged. I've never had a move go so smoothly. When we arrived at my new house, they got to work unloading and placing everything exactly where I requested. The guys had a GREAT attitude and professionalism the whole time. Would gladly recommend them to anyone!

Went quick and well, they provided the truck and man power. Kept in contact with us and confirmed the day before. Would definitely use them again.

Our two movers showed up on time as scheduled. We did a quick review of what needed to be moved and the movers got right to work. For being a 3rd floor apartment, I felt they were moving very fast and NOT taking advantage of the fact we had a hourly rate. They were also efficient in packing the truck. Once we got to the house the movers started unloading the boxes. Unfortunately I believe that the truck had a very dirty floor, because as they were unloading the items there was some dirt that was tracked in and got on our brand new carpet. Other than that they worked incredibly fast and were very careful with our items. We did attempt to clean some of these spots ourselves and were able to get most of them out, however there were a few leftover. I reached out via email to the company and received a callback that day (a Sunday!) from one of the owners apologizing and indicating that I would be hearing from a carpet cleaning service. I heard from the cleaning service a couple of days and was able to schedule an appointment that following week and once they cleaned the spots, it looked as good as new! I would like to thank the company for a quick resolution to the problem and would definitely use their service again, as well as recommend to others!

They did a great job. I chose hourly because I had a relatively small amount of stuff. Thought it would be the minimum 2.5 hr cost. Because their morning job ran long and we started 1.5 hr late I felt I paid extra to sit in rush hour traffic. All in all they took good care of my things and worked continuously. I would use them again.

From the first conversation through them driving off after the move, Einstein Movers were the best. We have moved many, many times and this was the most enjoyable, if that term can be used for a move. All calls were returned promptly and emails were sent with confirmations and all information needed prior to the move including the names of our actual movers. Aaron Adams, Cameron Hughey, and Bryce Lucas showed up on the day of the move with the best attitudes, funny, kind and professional. They were very well trained to handle all parts of the move. Everything was smooth from beginning to end, and it was a very long day. In the past, movers have gotten tired and sloppy. These guys seemed never to tire out, yet we knew they were. They took the same care with the 1st piece of furniture to the last. Continued to ask what else they could do and were polite to the end. The price quoted was definitely lower than the other 2 quotes we received. Normally, we wouldn't choose based on price, however, their website, professionalism and other reviews convinced us to go for it. When the day was over, our bill was exactly what we expected and still significantly less than the other bids. I can't say enough about our experience. If we ever move, which I hope we don't, we would never choose anyone else. I would recommend them to anyone. The entire day went smoothly. They arrived at 9am and continued for the entire day. Their services included purchasing boxes, and bringing all the packing materials needed, and then packing and moving everything out of one apartment on the third floor (and a long walk from the service elevator!) to her new apartment which is about 12 miles away. They were efficient, polite, and professional. You won't find a better more impressive team of young men than the three who moved our mom! I highly recommend them for any moving needs you may have, (and we will use them again and recommend them to anyone moving)but if you have and elderly parent who has moving needs (it can be a stressful time) these guys with their politeness and professionalism will ensure the move goes smoothly and with care for everyone and everything involved!!

The overall experience was great! We moved from a four-bedroom home in Driftwood to a two-bedroom condo in Cedar Park. They charge by the hour for their services, which caused us some concern at first since all our other moves were lump sum quotes, but that concern went away as we watched these guys hustle. The only break they took was lunch. They were very careful with our furniture and there was no damage to furniture or walls. We highly recommend them and plan to use them again in two years for our next move!

My good friend recommended Einstein Movers to me since she had used them herself, and she wasn't exaggerating about how good their serivces and rates are. Not only were Paul and Ryan super professional and careful with our belongings, but they get the job done with just two people. With all the stuff we had, they pulled a miracle. Even when our move ran overtime, they were courteous and understanding. Not to mention, they worked extremely hard in this Texas heat. One of them literally whistled as he carried boxes. I still don't know how he did that. Did I mention they moved our piano? They just really went above and beyond, which included fixing our IKEA mega-storage shelf that came loose during transport. Please note that the expense paid above is not the final amount. They were so awesome we tipped them 20%. It was worth every penny. We feel so grateful to have had their services. My husband and I really couldn't be happier with these guys! We will definitely use them again when we have to move again in the next 7 months!
